This nightlight is exactly what I was looking for. I absolute LOVE how you can adjust the brightness of this nightlight. It is not too bright , others who say it is don’t have it turned down far enough. It has a little dial you turn from completely off up to the brightness of a very small table lamp. If you turn it all the way up it gives the room the same look as if you held a flashlight up on the ceiling for light when the power goes out. HOWEVER you can adjust the brightness down little by little till it’s completely off. You get to choose how bright or dim you want this light ! You are not stuck with bright or dim , you have everything inbetween it’s absolutely perfect for anyone looking for a little glow in the room at night ! If it’s too bright just turn it down it goes from totally off to super bright whichever you choose inbetween ! If you have ever had a light switch on the wall that controls your lights to make them dimmer and brighter , this is the exact same thing ! Same concept ! Absolutely love it !!! As far as delivery goes that’s another story our delivery man is on camera throwing this package several feet at my house it hit my house then fell on my porch ,all I can can is he is lucky it didn’t break. He needs to learn how handle packages with care. Otherwise the product itself is awesome !!!!

I bought two of these night lights to use, one in our bedroom and one in the bathroom connected to our room. We have a toddler and another baby on the way so being able to see at night is important. We used to just leave the bathroom light on but with electricity prices increasing we were wanting a cheaper way for us to continue seeing clearly. I love that these are dimmable, they can go from just barely on to a full blown regular lamp light, the brightness it can produce is impressive. It also has a dawn sensor, so if you have a bright home during the day (whether with lights or sun facing windows) it’ll automatically shut off until it’s dark again. These are perfect for what we need!

I measured this night light with a power meter and interestingly, it uses the same amount of watts (1.5 W) at the dimmest setting as well as the brightest setting. So you might as well have it set to the brightest possible setting. Your electric bill will be the same. Edit: I should also add, the night light consumes 1.5 watts even during the day when the sun is shining. In my opinion, this is a non-trivial amount. It's too late to return this now, so I'll be switching to a different nightlight

It's dimmable and provides an excellent nightlight. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the sensor is placed in a spot that makes it very hard to use the lower outlet at the same time. It is nice that the sconce rises higher than the top outlet in which you plug the light so light can bounce against the wall. The drawback of this design is that you will be challenged using the lower outlet plug at the same time, AND the sensor is somewhat obscured by whatever is plugged into the bottom outlet so it tricks the light into thinking the area is darker in the room than it actually is. It has the potential of running 24 hours this way, instead of turning off when the room illumination makes the need for the nightlight superfluous.

I was looking all over for a night light with a brightness sensor that also had an off button. I couldn't find one! I wanted to use a night light in my bedroom, but I prefer sleeping in complete darkness, so I needed a way to turn it off. I was not going to unplug a night light every day to accomplish this. However, because this light is adjustable, you can switch it entirely off! So I don't have to unplug it before bed!!! I'm so thrilled with my purchase, and I highly recommend this model if you want a light with an off button or an off switch. Also, I usually use it on half power because at full strength it's very bright.

I bought 4 of these little gems to light underneath my very dark kitchen cabinets. I am a renter, so I wanted something that was not permanent and easy to install. These are great! I tried LED strip lights and a few other night lights, but none worked the way I wanted them to work. These are dimmable, which is perfect. The lowest slider setting (before you actually turn it all the way off by sliding completely to the left) is very soft, and the right side high setting is just right - where I leave it all the time. 4 of these lights give me plenty of ambient light to keep my kitchen in a soft, well-lit glow without having to use the ceiling light. I put them each on smart sockets and added a piece of electrical tape to the sensor so they could be on or off at my command (my entire house is Alexa-fied with smart sockets and power strips). Something worth noting is that when you first turn the light on each time, the light turns on, then flashes/dims quickly - then it’s on until you turn it off (if you’re blocking the sensor, like I am). At first I thought it was a defect, but it’s just something the light does and nothing to worry about. I highly recommend these lights!

I love this night light. It is so nice to have a night light where you can adjust the brightness. I adjust it so it is brighter if I have guests over so they can see stairs well and their way to the bathroom etc.... I adjust it dimmer when it is just family at home. It is very easy to use, well made and senses when the room is dark and turns on automatically at night. The brightest setting is pretty bright so you can clearly see everything in a room and the lowest setting is your typical soft light night light setting. Very nice for different situations.

Love that they are bright LED & dimmable. These are hard to find in stores. Will be buying more of these for around the house. Excellent product!

After using it for a year, it does its job truly. I like the manual dim function. And the color of light is just right to the room. Not too yellow not too white.

Very bright for a night light on full. ~15 watt incab equivalent instead of a 7 watt equivalent. You won't trip over the furniture. There is a slider to dim the light. Took me a few times to get the brightness I wanted. Very big shade.
