The list of features in such a compact design was impressive and you would expect to have to accept a trade off somewhere for having such a small device which is useful where space is limited. So far I have not found anything to fault. Set up was minimal due to preinstalled Windows 10 pro and everything works as expected. Only had the device a few weeks so unable to comment on durability although given the spec it should be a while before it needs upgrading.

This thing crashes - just outright freezes - on a regular basis; twice a day sometimes. It only has two cores, not four. I bought a similar one with 8gb RAM a couple of years ago and liked it, but needed more RAM and well this one can't cope with Chrome as well as that other one did, despite having 16gb. It's a real shame, I'd send it back for a refund but since personal details could be recovered from the HDD and I doubt I'd be allowed to send it back without it, I'm kind of stuck. It'll tide me over for a while, but I'll be investing in a decent machine from a different supplier in the near future. Don't buy this cheap crap.

The mini PC is working fine, however, the 12-volt charger second day totally not working, I try similar charger for the PC working fine, but the charger not able to use, so I need to get up new charger only from the supplier, I do not understand how this 12-volt charger can only be obtained from the provider because mini pc I am satisfied, my problem is only that 12-volt charger

this is a wonderful pc. good specI added 1TB SSD to mine using the 2.5inch bay.. which has increased the running temperature considerably. especially when processing video for zoom calls etc.the bios seems rather limited in customisation ability. other than that a great pc

I have been using this mini PC since Christmas for general office type work and playing digital media. To date I cannot fault its performance. I have found it to be an extremely fast and reliable little 'box of tricks'. The only issue I had was the power lead provided was faulty, the metal connector in the output socket was stick out and when removing from the device after it did not power on it was left in the device socket, easily removed with thin nose pliers. I had a spare lead, which worked so did not bother with making a complaint. I look forward to using when I travel, for which I have purchased a Bluetooth keyboard with built-in touch pad which works great with it. As long as I have access to a TV that can used as a monitor in a hotel room an Internet connection (4G on via mobile if not available for free in hotel) I will be happy

The media could not be loaded.  Worked OK for a year and a bit. Had to reinstall windows at one point a few months ago. Now the Disk has stopped working 🙁

Replaced an old PC with this small unit that is immensely more powerful than its predecessor. It gives me the processing power of PCs or laptops that would be two, three, four or more times the price. Simply attached existing monitor, keyboard and mouse and my old equipment was given a massive boost. Very pleased with the purchase.

I have to say I am absolutely delighted with this box it is brilliant. I have also installed a 1tb drive which works fine I am delighted to say. I think value for money this box is great value and performs well. I have connected it to a 215 touch screen and it works well. I went into a well known provider no touch screens no Nucs know very little. I use this for music and general app including speech and it is very good. Great service, good value and straightforward.

Il motore di una BMW M5 con il radiatore di una Fiat Panda. In sintesi, questo pc. Hardware potente e a prezzo molto vantaggioso. Ovviamente c'è un perchè se è a prezzo vantaggioso: qualità dei materiali e progettazione di infimo livello. La ventola è troppo piccola per raffreddare questo hardware, e il case in plastica non aiuta. La ventola è perennemente accesa, e anche per la minima operazione si supera la temperatura massima sopportata dalle cpu. Una semplice scansione con CCleaner, ad esempio, fa schizzare le temperature oltre i 92 gradi. Se amate le grigliate avete trovato il vostro pc... Non oso immaginare a che temperature possa arrivare in estate... e che grado di pericolosità possa avere un oggetto in grado di arrivare a tali temperature. Ho provato a lasciare aperto il coperchio superiore, migliorando l'esperienza di un paio di gradi. Ma ogni cosa che collegate cuoce come uova nel tegamino. Ho collegato un secondo HDD Sata, che in pochi minuti è diventato bollente. Peccato davvero, un hardware del genere meriterebbe maggior cura del dettaglio. Dulcis in fundo, il pc mi è arrivato con una porta usb 2.0 non funzionante. 3 stelle all'hardware, ma nulla di più. Passate ad altro.

Es un miniPC pero creo que este concepto puede ir desapareciendo. Si necesitas un equipo de escritorio potente esta es la solución. Con WinPRO preinstalado, llegas a la conclusión de que a no ser que tengas algún requisito que necesite la caja clásica, este es el futuro de los PCs domesticos. Por ponerle una pequeña objeción: como pesa muy poco le he añadido una base para tenerlo un poco seguro y que no salga volando detrás de un tirón de un cable.

L'ho da mesi, L'hardware è carente di prestazioni, il processore regge pochissimo. Utilizzando minecraft...o guardando un video in streaming, si blocca a seconda di quanto si surriscalda, inutile aprire il vano superiore per farlo ventilare meglio. Il sistema necessita continui reset di alimentazione elettrica siccome neanche tenendo premuto il pulsante di accensione si riavvia. Non acquistatelo

Aparentemente va bien, y cuando así es la verdad que es rápido y potente, pero de vez en cuando o se bloquea y lo tengo que reiniciar, o sale la ventana típica azul de error de Windows.
