Fantastic traditional Jamaican recipes. Easy to understand. Great pictures. Bought this for my son, who’s also a chef. He loves the book. Thank you.

i prepared the curry chicken for sunday dinner and my family loved it even the ones that i thought i would get some resistance from because i used coconut milk and the spices. Recipe was easy to follow. Will be cooking more items out my cookbook. P.S. to get me into the mood of cooking I played old school Reggae music made the experience even better.

I am okay with it.

This book has a Jamaican rice and peas recipe I followed and it turned out perfectly. There are other very tasty recipes too but it is the first time I got a rice and peas recipe and it turned out right.

This is a good collection of Jamaican recipes, well done!

Not what I expected, some of the recipes I was looking for were not in this book.

No pictures 😕, but very informative

Got some interesting ideas in it.

This Jamaican cookbook was a present for my grand daughter who wanted it to be able to cook Jamaican dishes. My grand daughter's own words " I love this cookbook, the recipes are easy to follow, I have already made a couple of dishes, which was delicious and can't wait to try some more. Very happy with my as a Christmas present". I would also like to add that this cookbook is reasonably price and would recommend it.

So many recipes! I'm 60 pages into the book and almost every page is earmarked for cooking! I used to live with Jamaicans and I miss the food almost as much as the people. I can't wait to get eating!
