Magic Shave has been around for decades and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. My husband and I African American men with severe ingrown hair has had to use it for 45 years, it’s the only way he doesn’t get ingrown hair. That being said… it is a chemical, strong, you need to mix the right consistency or it won’t work as well or be too strong. He has tough skin, but you can’t use this everyday or you will get a red burn like reaction on your skin, he has had to use it like that at times and just puts up with it, he can make it so as it just gets red and fades quickly. He has used the gold can and a lemon scented they work about the same but the original smells like sewage and the lemon scented smells like lemon scented sewage. I see people complaining about this product and what it has done to them, they don’t know what they are doing. Just because Tic Tok said it was good doesn’t mean it’s good for you! This has mainly been used by black men out of necessity. Not for you delicate skinned people or females, goodness!!! SMH

Really works. Go easy on the time if ur sensitive to chemical burns. Veet n nair were to harsh for me so I tried this and baby it works. Takes it off n leaves super soft skin behind. Does have a weird medical smell to it but not over powering. Takes a little to get a paste consistency but warm water n ur hand seem to work best. Wanna thick paste that moist when applying. Less then 5 minutes. Did get a slight chemical burn but that's cuz I left it on for 8 minutes.

Very effective, removed all hair! Also less offensive smell than nair. If you have any scabs, do not apply over, i accidentally did and it made it worse, but all in all does what it says! Also comes off better in large swipes rather than removing in small circles.

I bought this product because I struggle with PCOS and I have a lot of facial hair I was sick of shaving and I heard so many good reviews about this product I was very disappointed with the out come of me using this product me skin was burned very raw and red I wouldn't recommend if u have sensitive skin & yes I followed the directions.

I love how smooth it makes my skin feels, no raze bumps it even lighten my areas.

This product went viral on social media over the past couple of years, I am so happy I decided to try it. Although there are many steps to prepare, it is worth all the hype. It does take a few tries to perfect the process but once you get the hang of things it’s bearable. Many people struggle with mixing the powder with water, but it absorbs better using the bottom of a spoon. The desired consistency is a thick paste so it doesn’t drip everywhere. There is a strong chemical smell, I find it easier to bear with than Nair. The best way to remove is to use a damp washcloth to FIRMLY get the excess hair off. Possible ingrown hairs still!

worked great! I was reading alot about this product and I noticed some people experienced burns but I didn’t. Just stinks a bit lol. Mix with water until you get a yogurt consistency and apply, Do a test patch too. Left it on for about 7 minutes. I think my hair was a bit too grown out for it to get to the base so it’s a bit stubbly but that’s my issue, won’t wait too long to use again!

Good for corse hair! I use this stuff on my legs and works better than nair or anyother product that claims similar results
