They make you really focus on studying, but a little addicted to.

I sometimes suffer from fatigue and brain fog. Just 1 jelly allows me to regain focus and be able to work. Love this stuff!

I got these for my son who has ADD - Inattentive type. He struggles with focus and after talking with his doctor we agreed it wouldn't hurt to try some of these vitamin type supplement things to help improve his focus and concentration especially since his medications generally only last the school day but then if he has homework or projects after school to work on he can't focus well. He tried them a few times and then refused to keep taking them. He said they didn't taste good and he didn't feel like it helped his focus at all (I told him you might have to take it for a while to notice the effects but he refused).So, he only used maybe 3-4. I decided to try one. I didn't have any noticeable improvement in my concentration, focus, or and mental capacity of any sort from my one does. It didn't taste great like something your going to crave but it also wasn't as terrible tasting as my son made it out to be. My husband also tried one as he went off to work and he said it tasted okay. Again not great but, also reasonable enough to eat without wondering why you're doing this to yourself. Later when he came home he said he noticed a huge difference in his ability to focus and he got his work done twice as fast as usual and he had no fatigue. My husband did suffer a brain injury years ago with lasting effects so I don't know if this has anything to with the remarkable difference or him as opposed to me or our son. Interesting though how three different people had three different experiences and reactions to this same product.If you are considering this as a supplement for someone with ADHD or ADD it probably can't hurt but you might not see a huge difference. If you've suffered a brain injury maybe this will be helpful in getting you closer to normal (but maybe not). I you're just looking o boost your brain a little this probably won't hurt to try but you might not notice a big difference and you may to take them for a while to start noticing a difference. It might be worth a try just don't expect it to work any miracles.

I really like how I feel when I take one of these but they might cost-prohibitive for me in the future. I really love Swisse products and have been impressed with several of their vitamin supplements. To get the full benefit, you would need to eat two of these. I think if you have something really important to do and need superb focus, these would be worth it. ..now to be fair, im not a fruit jelly or rollup etc.. Person..👍I like the ingredients although im not familiar with cera q..👍 i like the portability👍 i like that i can get a smaller amt of caffeine easily....i travel for work in car a few times a week and find drinkingAnything just makes me have to pee... Ive tried even caffeine powder in a lesserAmt of liquid but its messy to empty part of a cap or pill so this is very controllable👍 blueberry cherry flavor is ok..kinda tangy👍 not wowed by the focus but it is there...⛔price is quite high per stick especially if 2 a day..This is probably my biggest complaint⛔ Faint bitter aftertaste but not too bad🐈🐈🐈3\4

The taste of these sticks is very pleasant. I was a bit scared to try them, but I was hoping for some good results - and when I tasted one I was very pleasantly surprised! I like the flavor and there is no marked aftertaste - nothing a little water can't wash down. Yerba mate has a distinct flavor, but the blueberry hides it well, in my opinion. Now, for effectiveness. I did notice a little bit of an improvement in my focus. It seemed to make me feel a bit more energetic and alert, and with that I am thrilled! Frankly even it was pure placebo, I am very happy - anything that helps me do my best each day is a welcome option.

I'm reviewing the Swisse Ultiboost Focus Boost Jelly Sticks.These hard to open (use scissors) single serve jelly packs help support memory recall, concentration and focus with Cera-Q, Yerba Mate and green tea extract.My experience with taking all 10 of these sticks (one daily) is that I didn't really notice any effect. They taste OK and are rather convenient.Looking at the benefits, I did find increased focus and concentration. Not so much in terms of memory recall.Overall, I'm unsure of the effectiveness of this product. Perhaps longer term use is required to see longer term benefits.

These focus boost jellies are easy to take. You cut off the end and can then push or squeeze this out. I would say these have the consistency of Jello. I don't mind the taste of these & they don't seem to cause me any digestive issues.Each jelly is only 25 calories with 5g of added sugars.I guess these 3 ingredients are the Focus Boosting items:Silk Protein Hydrloysate - 100mgGreen Tea (leaf) extract - 25mgYerba Mate (9leaf) - 25mgI can't really say they have helped me focus any better on my tasks at work or at home then prior to taking these.
