Great facial sunscreen for sensitive skin!
Read A lot of mixed reviews. I have very sensitive skin ( lupus, rosacea, previous skin cancer ) and I’m very picky about sunscreen products. This product works great for me. Yes, just like all other healthy, good, working sunscreens it does look a little white when you apply however it does not stay white. I use moisturizer every morning and evening and this goes on very easily for me and washes off nicely as well. I have no issue with the scent, the texture, or the way the product is applied. It does not make my eyes burn when I go swimming. I would definitely recommend this sunscreen as a healthy and affordable option.

Really great product, and it actually lives up to the claims on the package
I have been looking for a more natural, zinc/titanium oxide sunscreen and face moisturizer that met my criteria - relatively affordable, non-greasy, light smelling, easily absorbed, non nano, sufficiently moisturizing, and without an unflattering white cast. This stuff is perfect.I have dry and sensitive skin, and have been experiencing slight flaking around my nose and forehead. After just a couple days using this product, the flaking was gone. I haven't experienced any irritation or breakouts, either. I am extremely sensitive to smell and can't stand strong scents. This stuff has a slight smell, a bit earthy I'd say, very natural, but it is so light and dissipates quickly I actually enjoy it. I am rather fair skinned, but on me there is no white cast whatsoever, and like I said, it is non greasy, which I have found to be a problem with other natural, zinc sunscreens. All in all, this stuff actually lives up to the claims on the packaging. I highly recommend it.

Not sheer. So thick and white, can't wear makeup.
Marketed as a sheer, daily sunscreen that works seamlessly beneath makeup. Definitely not! The product is very thick and does not glide easily over my skin. It leaves a noticeable white film on my face that does not blend in. Impossible to wear any makeup at all. It was so bad, I wondered if Babo mislabeled the bottle. I love Babo Baby for the rest of my skin, but I needed something lighter for my face. I thought Daily Sheer would work. Alas not.

So far I really like this sunscreen
So far I really like this sunscreen. I has taken a while to get used to as the texture is different from other sunscreens I've used in the past. It feels a little slicker (like silicone) but not quite as emollient as some others I've used. It takes a little more work to get even coverage. But I have had no pilling, even when putting on my makeup, so that's good.Update 1/17/16: this is my go to daily sunscreen. I battle melasma so need a zinc based sunscreen and this works best under my makeup. I use about a quarter size dollop and kind of smear it all over then gently swipe and pat it in. It goes on with a slight white cast but is clear within 20 seconds on my light skin. I have sensitive combo skin and this wears well under my makeup. I wouldn't say it's super moisturizing, but it does help keep my oily spots at bay compared to other daily facial sunscreens. I am very happy with it!

This is not the holy grail sunscreen I'd hoped for!
I found this sunscreen by searching on the Environmental Working Group's sunscreen website. It was one of the only highly rated moisturizer sunscreens above SPF 30.PROS:Environmentally friendly (EWG rating: 2)High SpfRelatively MatteUnoffensive, faint scentOnce it's rubbed in it doesn't pillLeaves a minimal white castDoesn't seem to make my adult acne worseInexpensive (compared to the brands described below)CONS:Difficult to work with— It can go on clear but you really have to work with it quickly so it is absorbed and goes on even. It tends to want to build up and dry in places which becomes difficult to smooth back out and will just rub off instead. Not a product i'm able to use "on-the-go".I've taken to mixing it with a drop of Josie Maran to make it less temperamental to apply, and that seems to work OK.As a woman in her early 30's that's trying to prevent skin aging I've become obsessed with finding the right physical sunscreen. I've tried Paula's choice tinted SPF 30 (great btw if it matches your tone, but rubs off on clothing), Josie Maran untinted SPF 47 (bulletproof, but really greasy), EltaMD SPF 47 (great texture but expensive and I got burned wearing it on a long walk), LaRoche Posay Mineral SPF 50 tinted (stung my eyes), and they were all horribly rated by the EWG. I do care about the environmental impact, toxicity, but also the cosmetic properties of a sunscreen. I wanted something for every day with 30+ SPF that would protect my skin from aging, nourish it, go on easily, have a matte finish, and would not rub off or leave a white cast. Oh, yeah and not overly expensive. Maybe my expectations were too high!?I've made this work for me but if someone reads this who has truly found a holy grail sunscreen that I describe above, please comment and let me know!

Sensitive skin approved
No white cast as many mineral sunscreens have. Organic and for sensitive skin. Not drying or oily. Best I’ve found so far.

Love Babo Botanicals But This One Clogged My Pores
Babo Botanicals has great chemical-free and EWG-verified products that I started using a few years ago when becoming conscious of how many toxic ingredients are put into our everyday products. So I got this for an upcoming vacation but was disappointed with this sunscreen in particular for 2 main reasons:(1) It doesn't blend easily; you have to REALLY rub it in to get your face to not look chalk white and, even after, there's still a slight whitish, ghostly looking tint. Not flattering.(2) It clogged my pores and every time I'd put it on, I'd have to do 2-3 rounds of an intense face scrub later to try to get that all that stuff out of my pores which were not happy!I'd give this 1 star but added 1 more because I do enjoy other products from Babo Botanicals and I don't want to throw them under the bus for 1 product that didn't work for me.It's not something I want to use again and unfortunately the return window for this closed after I got back from my vacation so can't get a refund through Amazon.
