I like songs of Sarah Brightman.

I bought it as a give not realizing that the playlist would be in Japanese and Korean vs. English.

Solid Japanese import comp of Sarah's late-era music. A pit pricey, but worth it for fans looking for rare tracks. Great sound and mastering.

I've been searching to purchase the song "Done" and I was totally ecstatic to find this album available since it was created for the Asian market. Although I already had most of the songs on other albums, it was worth it to me for the 3 original pieces, especially the "Done" song.

Well, as many know I collect her work & this one has a track (track 1) featured in a film I believe that is only found on this album as well as a few "B" sides that were bonus tracks on the Japanese editions of her previous albums. Also it includes Sarah's solo version of "Time To Say Goodbye". You have to remember this was released for the country of Japan or the songs chosen would have been more suited for the rest of the world. The music is top notch & like it but really it is mainly for my collection. For those who want the album for one song(track one), might be best to get a download of it because of the price of this album. I ended up getting this one from another vendor because it was priced at a better price then the lowest seller on here, sorry Amazon. I can recommend this one for the collector, the fan who wants a "Best Of" should look elsewhere for a album in their location in the world.

When it comes to Sarah Brightman, you just can't go wrong! For any collector, this is a must-have and for anyone who is just beginning to listen to this angel, you can't get a better album to start your Sarah Love Affair!

このアルバムの選曲は日本と縁の深い曲や日本人好みの曲が多く、正に究極のベストアルバムといえます。監修はフランク・ピーターソン、選曲はサラ・ブライトマンとフランク・ピーターソンのコンビです。さすが名コンビが厳選した曲、音質もよいし素晴らしいCDです。感動の連続です。サラのCDを1枚も持っていない方は絶対お買い得ですし、サラの歌の世界を知る良い機会だと思います。私にとって新曲はM1とM15の2曲だけでしたが、2曲とも大変よかったので満足です。M１の「神様のカルテ～Keep the light」は原曲自体が非常に素直で屈託が無い、それに青空のような透明感と温かさのある歌声が入って、曲全体が光に満ちている。まるで酸化して汚れた心が還元されてゆきそうな曲です。M15の「DONE」は真っ直ぐで実に可愛い歌です。ビートの効いたアレンジで一層明るく新鮮に聞えます。Panasonicのグローバルソング「Shall be done」の正式なCD化を待ち望んでいたので大変うれしいです。こんなに、やわらかく、しかし力強く、心地よく歌える歌手はサラ以外にほとんどいないと思います。これは最高です。選曲リストを見ると、上記以外の16曲の内5曲（M5,M6,M7,M13,M14）もアルバム「Symphony」又はそのライブ盤から選ばれていますが、「Harem」からの選曲が無いことに気付きます。これは私の個人的な見解ですが、「Harem」は官能的なアルバムとは言え、４年後の「Symphony」の方がもっと濃厚な愛を歌ったアルバムだと思えるのです。ダークで美しい「Symphony」こそサラが歌う愛のアルバムの頂点に立つものだと思います。その象徴的な曲がM13の「嘆きの天使 (Fleurs du Mal)」。直訳すれば「悪の花」。インターネット等で良く知られたサラの写真もそれを語っています。「モナリザの現代風メタル版」ともいえる赤いドレスを着てじっとこちらを見据えているサラは妖しいほどに美しく、背徳の血の誘惑を感じさせる。正に理性を崩壊させる妖しく美しい「悪の花」。DarkでBeautifulなアルバム「Symphony」は、心が波立ち、血が熱くなるようなアルバムです。一方、アルバム「Dreamchaser」はこれとほぼ対極にあるかのような存在です。穏やかで美しいが実にクールで控えめ、熱い歌唱を求める人にはお勧めしません。しかし、私は心を静めてゆっくり休みたい時はこのアルバムをよく聴きます。心地よい催眠作用もあると思います。（「Symphony」では反対に眠れない）このアルバムからは「Angel」と「風のとおり道」（日本語完璧です）が選曲されています。誰にでも分かる２曲でBest版としては正解だと思います。サラの歌は何時間でも聴いていたい。オペラ、クラシック～ロックと曲も歌唱法も変化に富み、バター臭さや雑味が無く、何の抵抗もなく自然に体に染み渡る。以前はカナダや米国出身の歌姫の曲を時々聴いてましたが、サラを知ってからはすっかり変わってしまいました。美声と美貌に加えて、クラシック音楽とロックとの融合の感性も私に合っているのだと思います。彼女と同じ時代に生まれてよかった。サラの歌は貴重なので、アレンジ違いや言語違いも含め、日本でまだ発売されていない歌はぜひ早く商品化してほしいと思います。（例えば、エンヤの「Watermark」のVocalise版、Manowarとのデュエット「Where　Eagles　Fly」など）

Ich bin ein großer Fan von Sarah Brightman und mich sehr gefreut das es eine neue CD gibt.Beim hören habe ich sehr schnell festgestellt das ich die Lieder von anderen CD 'schon kenne.Aus diesen Grund habe ich die CD auch zurück geschickt.DerKauf lohnt nicht.
