Spenco Rx Thinsole 3/4 Length Shoe Insoles, -Women's 5-6.5

They work great. No give just like they are supposed to.

Theses insoles were recommended by my podiatrist for my plantar fasciitis issue. After a week, I barely have pain, have been walking over 4 miles a day. These insoles fit any shoes , sneakers, sandals, low heel pumps …which for me is very important, because they are very thin .Great buy !

The thinsole is good if you have a lisfranc injury have healed beyond the need for the thicker version of this. It fits great in boots and shoes. It would not be a first line of support, but only after healing to prevent another fracture in my opinion.

I ordered for my daughter. Although she still has pain, the foot pads minimize it.

received box quickly, but this is a wasted purchase as I only have ONE of the two inserts I purchased. I have tried to return this but there isnt an option --only troubleshooting advice. No way to troubleshoot only receiving one. It is too bad since I absolutely love this insert. Very disappointed.

I've suffered from flat feet and heel spur syndrom for as long as I could remember. I've tried expensive special orthotic shoes, I've had custom molded arch supports, I've tried every brand of arch support and every gel/foam insert you can get at the drug store.13 years ago a new podiatrist recommended Spenco Orthotic, and when I put those with a Size 11 4E Rebook Walking Shoe my feet are very happy.The plastic seem's rigid but flexes in use, while foam/gell simply flattens out too quickly providing little in the way of shock absorption.The arch in the thinsole doesn't seem as as high as the arch in the regular orthotic, but for my feet I can use either interchangeably.Plus these things last me for years and I'm an avid walker.

Challenging to find the hard, firm orthotics. If that's what you're looking for, then these are perfect. After an episode of plantar fasciitis caused by a pair of tennis shoes, a podiatrist gave me the hard, firm orthotics and now I wear them in all my shoes.
