THE BEST!
I love these things! I have heel spurs in 2 spots on one foot, and plantar fasciitis mostly on one foot but get pains in the other foot on occasion as well. A lot of pain in the one foot. I purchased two of these when I ordered them and have used them a lot! They give me arch support at night so I am not as likely to curl up my foot when sleeping, as it makes me keep them a bit straighter. I wear them with the velcro down by my toes, which I think is upside down. :) I wrap the arch and the heel. I love that they are adjustable and you can move the wrap to whatever part of your foot you want. They would also support a weak ankle easily. I have also used the wrap inside of my muck boots when doing chores to give me the extra support that my boots do not have. They just work so well! After a day of working or walking these just ease the pain quite well when I put them on. I have new arch supports that I am breaking in, and these are such a relief to my tired/sore muscles. I will definitely be purchasing spares down the road. The only thing I don't like is that they attract fuzzies and pill up a bit, but hey...that' ok.

Great buy!
These are awesome! I have plantar fasciatus and I recently fractured my left foot. I figured I would get these for when I finally got out of my cast and I'm so glad I did! It offers enough support and they're comfortable even after a 10 hour retail shift at a grocery store. Best purchase I've made for my feet problems 👍

Not for small or thin feet and ankles
Just received this product, and it is as described, appears to be of good quality. My only issue is that it is somewhat large for my feet. For reference, I wear a women's size 8 shoe, and my feet and ankles are normal width or slightly on the thin side. Due to the adjustable nature, I am able to use these braces and think they will work okay for me. However, there is certainly no compression provided by the "sock" portion, so that's less than ideal. The support provided by the straps is moderate, certainly more than you would get from only a compression brace by itself, but would not be enough if you have a more severe injury. Also, one caution. Do NOT stick the velcro to the sock portion as it will damage the fabric when you pull it off. Only attach the velcro back to the strap.Bottom line, I like the design of this product, the quality is good, and the price is right. Just wish they made different sizes so it would fit a bit better.

OMG!!! What a find!!!
I’ve been hobbling/wobbly for 4 months after having surgical plantar fascia release both feet + also have heel spurs both heels. Researched and found these compression support socks. They are SOgreat b/c they support fascia under feet with strapping. This relieves pain, and I am walking like a “ real person” again and no hobbling!! I feel like they are magic!!Pain has absolutely & amazingly decreased so much.I really wish I had found these sooner &love that they come as a pair instead of having to order 2!Totally my favorite find of this yr!!!PS. I’m back to hobbling if I take them off so needless to say I wear these a lot!Thank you to the mfr!!

Instructions on how to use properly would be useful....
I don't understand why this PRODUCT being sold does NOT come with user instructions. That to me is a huge red warning right off the bat when receiving an item in the mail. It is common knowledge that when receiving a product that is to be used, instructions critical and should be required, especially one like this where it is worn on a body part and fashioned in a way that is intended to help the user's ankle feel better/heal/provide necessary support. The fact that this "product" comes with no instructions is by far inexcusable. I would rather buy a different product that shows me that it is coming from a reliable, trustable, company, who put time into both their product effectiveness, and their product packaging. To receive a product in the mail that is supposed to be helping me manage my plantar fasciitis pain, yet doesn't provide user instructions or visuals on how to put it on is extremely dumbfounding. I first put the brace on how I thought it should be worn (but hey this could be the totally wrong way). You see, I could be using a product that definitely isn't doing what it is supposed to and making things worse just because the product seller doesn't provide simple instructions. I then showed my boyfriend the product and asked him how he would put it on and he fashioned it an entirely different way based off of his background w/ ankle injuries. Ultimately, buying this product was probably a waste of my money as I have no exact clue on how to wear it and it could just be making the pain worse. Maybe the seller isn't a medical professional or doesn't have physical therapy background, but even if they are, if they sell a product like this that is intended to help a human body part, they should be able to easily provide useful instructions on how to wear the product..this should be a requirement for all products such as this. The creators of this product do not know how to properly sell a product and package it for potential users. I am not satisfied with my purchase and I wish this product team/seller would work more on actually providing a marketable, user-focused, trustworthy, and valuable product for all users who may not know how to exactly utilize the item they bought and understand how it is helping them. I don't understand how an item can be sold like this. Anyone looking into this item, please note my review. Look elsewhere for a reputable product seller that provides an item that can help the user understand how to wear and apply the product in the correct manner. This is a must for any product like this. Please be warned before buying.
