Not what I expected for a "HOG RING"
When I read the questions, there was a question of the gauge of the hog ring. The reply was 14ga. So I ASSUMED that these would be a round 14 gauge wire, formed into a 3/4" hog ring. But what I got, packaged in a nice box that held the ziplock bag of a 1000 rings (I'll give them that) was something that looked more like a heavy gauge staple. The material is rectangular and not a round wire. Also the hog rings I have used in the past have a slight twist so the ends pass by each other. These hit each other and one goes off to the side sticking out. So an extra step is needed to press that down with a pair of pliers.You get what you pay for..

What put here.?
Rings work ok for swine. Hogging take most at least some 2 to 3 try but going ok . Not for to using on most type but seems useful for now and then maube try again later.. Give try and see for self to using the hoggy ring

Not Happy! Don't use in Automotive Upholstery
Cheap price equals cheap quality. It says for Automotive Upholstery use but they are Not strong enough for automotive seat covers. Tears holes in material(Vinyl)! Had to re-remove and sew in a new piece of vinyl and in a 65 barracuda (not the easiest or cheapest material to find).
