Make sure you update to latest firmware ASAP!
I got this router for small business application. It has worked well balancing load and has been easy to navigate. I haven't had reason to use much in the way of advanced functions, but what it does it has so far done well. This is actually my second unit. When you get your make sure to upgrade the firmware ASAP and keep it updated. I apparently missed the latest update and there was an issue where the router would not connect to the computers. There was legitimately nothing that could be done and it was bricked.... However! I called their customer support line and was guided through all the troubleshooting. The tech admitted when he was beyond his ability and got help rather than trying to save face. When support still couldn't fix it they set me up to get a new one. The whole process was maybe a day. Sometimes things don't work right but customer support really smoothed it over so good on them. I would definitely recommend, but remember to update firmware and don't hesitate to call support.

Pretty Much Plug and Play
We needed a solution to our growing need for hardwired intranet so purchased this unit. It was so simple to set up and run. No need to call tech support, just plug it in, plug in the cables and off it went. No issues at all.

Good performance small business router
More Linksys than Cisco but does what it is supposed to do. Condition was excellent.

Easy setup and no glitches so far.
So far, there is nothing I dislike about it. It was very easy to set up and I have had no issues.

Could not handle multiple external IPs requiring pass through of same port to internal servers
Spent 12 hours trying to make this router do what my older Netgear router does, namely, accept traffic for more than one instance of a service from public IP numbers, and route the incoming e.g. http session port 80 from one external IP to one specified internal server on the the VLAN behind the router, and accept another public IP wanting port 80 on a different internal VLAN server. The setup would only allow ONE instance of incoming service, http, ssh, ftp, etc, to be directed to one specific private IP on the VLAN behind the router. If anyone from Cisco reads this, I welcome to be proven wrong, but I could find no way in the setup to accomplish this. I could set up access rules to accomplish this, but the router when tested with just the access rules did not recognize incoming traffic. Had to return it, as I run TWO instances on my VLAN of two different servers offering HTTP / HTTPS access, on two different private IPs on the VLAN.

Unit lacks clear documentation.
This unit failed to work for me. Wanted to replace an older Netgear unit. The documentation is lacking so you don't have any guidance on the various setup options. Cisco must be focused on just repeat orders and not on new customers. This unit failed to pass the internet connection. Upgraded the firmware and tried factory reset but in the end it just didn't work for me. Took a chance on the refurbished unit and lost a day. Will stick to new units in the future.

Artifically Limited by Cisco to 24bit subnet.
This router is artifically limited, by Cisco to only allow subnets no larger than 24 bits (255 devices). If you want to have a larger subnet your out of luck. I have cheapo home consumer wifi routers which allow any size of subnet - this is an artificial limited deliberately put in by Cisco to force people to buy one of their much more expensive comercial routers. One wonders what other artificial limitations Cosco put in. This router is going back.
