Pink one is rather medium than soft, but does it's job. Bought them for the foot massage, together with a spiky pair, just use the softer balls for now. Feel and look nice.

I got these for the pain in my sciatic area and they really do help. I just need to remember to use them more. They’re quite quite sturdy as well and can take quite a lot of weight. I lay on them and they are okay. They don’t squash.

These are great quality and appear to be good value, but beware, these are extremely firm! and have almost zero flexibility. If you have not used one before, you are likely to prefer a non-"Lacrosse" ball.

I use this for my yoga practice. They are brilliant for massaging feet and the neck. I would recommend them.

Product is as described, one softer ball, one harder. Good that you get 2 in the pack, also comes in a pouch.

There is absolutely no give in these massage balls, one ball is supposed to be softer than the other. I couldn't tell the difference, they were both too hard. Also slippy to use, even with sticky soles yoga socks. I tried to use them to stretch out my toes & as soon as any pressure was applied, the ball would scoot out!

Perfect duo - the pink ball has a bit of give and the black is hard. Definitely helping with my back pain.

These work well for me for pain relief from myofascial trigger points. Very happy with product.
