I got theses mainly for BJJ at home, I've trained on puzzle mats before so I knew what to expect. I think the thickness is excellent! I wouldnt want to do any Judo throws with just these, but your typical class warmup with breakfalls and rolls is fine. Of course with any puzzle mat it can get worn and be harder to keep together with heavy use and constantly taking them apart and reassembling. Mine are not heavily used so they are in perfect condition. They are light easy to take apart or put together/move around. I like to do solo drills and exercises on the mats besides getting some rolls in. I plan to have these for a long long time, great quality.

Really like these mats. Just what I was looking for. Plenty of parts to make a full boarder. They are just as described. Fair warning, they are a bit more on the firm side, but still pretty thick.

Purchased as cardio mat. I needed extra shock absorbent on our concrete floors, husband prefers to workout barefoot. This provided the extra cushion I needed and plenty of cushion for him to be able to workout barefoot. We had sliding issues on the vinyl flooring, but managed to not injure ourselves. We have since moved and our dedicated workout space has carpet. It's not ideal for carpet. The joints raise up, causing you to trip over them. And I would argue that it slides even worse on carpet.

Glad I bought the 1" pads instead of the 1/2" version. Pads are nice and thick. Excellent noise and vibration reduction. Not as puncture resistant as i expected, but I use these floor mats under my indoor cycling trainer and my sharp-edged cleats easily puncture the outer surface. But still a 5 star product nonetheless. The inter-locking tabs are nice and sturdy and should last a long time with careful use.

I use these for my workout area in my basement. I had been using the thinner kind that you can get at home depot and such and they had been fine but not great. THESE mats are awesome!!! Since they are think, the interlocking tabs stay together better. Not like the thin versions that can often come apart. The only "bad" thing I'd say about these, is they come with a little bit of oily film on them, making them slippery. I'm sure that's residue from the manufacturing process and I assume this will wear off shortly, but just be cautious the first few times. It can leave a little film on the bottom of your shoes and be slippery. Other than that, awesome workout mats!!

The mats are not meant to be use for MMA. I repeat do not use for MMA or any sort of takedown, you will get hurt. The only use i found for them is possibly for a weight lifting gym. Something to rest weights on, thats it. Sadly delivery charge is not worth returning the item. I honestly feel like i was scammed with this purchase.

This are thick tiles, not those flimsy thin tiles you find in the stores.I just love the feel under my feet. I will purchase more at a later time.

The product is working well for my sons workouts in the garage. Yes I ordered black and grey but the company sent me blue and red a mistake on their part. I didn’t feel like going through the hassle of returning in the middle of COVID-19.
