When it arrived, I couldn't get it to work and noticed the packaging stated it needed 10 psi drop to activate. I called the mfr and learned it was a brand new version that only required the 3 psi (but using the same model #). That's what they had on their website and what I was expecting. What I got from the seller was the older version of the same model, so it wouldn't work for me. LET ME STRESS THIS WAS NO FAULT OF THE SELLER! When I contacted them, they replied very promptly and apologized but said the version I got was the only type they had, and very helpfully advised that I could return it (which I've now done). Things like this happen, not really anyone's fault (although maybe the manufacturer could've changed the model # since the spec changed). So I appreciate the good customer service I got from the seller (Plumber's Paradise) and would 100% buy from them again. Review: Welp!
