Low cost "minimalist" shoe. Insole may be too thick for those desiring a barefoot feel.
I have not worn these shoes long however I can say they are comfortable. The insole is thicker than expected which some may find attractive. I was going for a more barefoot feel, however it is not like walking on a block, just noticeable. The fabric upper is indeed snug and fits closely to the foot. I don't understand the purpose of the strap but its placement is not uncomfortable for my foot. The toe guard makes the front of the shoe feel a little stiffer but again, not uncomfortable. This will probably loosen with time.Due to the upper being made entirely of fabric, folding and packing the shoe is incredibly easy. I can slide these into the seat pocket of my car and they will not be seen. The fabric is thin so I don't recommend wearing them in cold weather without socks. I would also not recommend wearing them in extremely cold weather, even with socks. From and aesthetic standpoint I would have preferred the mouth opening to have a more subdued colour. Perhaps this can be an option in the future.UPDATE: June 24, 2017, Death of the shoesI have worn these shoes almost daily since my last review and this has probably contributed to their demise. I would agree that the description of the item as an "indoor to outdoor" shoe for running errands is correct. While the shoes held up perfectly well for light walking and daily use they have not lasted very long. The right shoe was the first to go when insole separated completely. Oddly enough I found the shoe to be more comfortable without the insole. Unfortunately, this led to an awkward gait as I could tell the difference while walking in the two shoes. You wouldn't think it would be that noticeable but it can be once you become acquainted with a particular feel. I continued to use the shoes with the separated insole and it wasn't terribly uncomfortable. My hope was that the left insole would separate and I would continue to use the shoes that way since the upper fabric was still intact. The death blow was dealt during a hike. At some point during the hike the toe of the left shoe separated from the sole at the seam. The right toe began separating shortly thereafter. This could have been due to the force placed on the front of the shoe (my foot slipped forward on a downhill hike) or the force combined with daily use. While I briefly entertained gluing the toes back together I figured it wasn't worth the hassle given the cost of the shoes. On another note I would also not recommend these shoes for situations that require your foot or ankle to change orientation quickly. I found that the shoes tend to slip and roll around my foot. This happened whether or not I was wearing socks. Also, the outer sole has virtually no grip and slides readily across smooth or wet surfaces. Carpeted or evenly rough surfaces are fine. Uneven and smooth surfaces can be trickier to walk on.In short, these shoes are great for flat, rough terrain (carpets, sidewalks, flat outdoor trails). However I would not recommend them for rough or aggressive outdoor use. Depending on your usage level you may not get much life out of them. Again, given the price, I have no major complaints. At the very least, you can try them out and see if they work for your lifestyle without feeling like a fool for dropping a good sum of money on shoes you will hardly use and can't pass off to someone else.PS: If someone can tell me how to remove the insole without damaging the shoe I'd love to hear it, thanks.

Really love these
These shoes are brilliant. I use them as slippers around the house and they are perfect. If you don't like the zero drop, you can put an insole in that has some height in the heel. In winter I put thick sock on and my feet remain nice and warm. These shoes are very comfortable.I'm very happy with these, they are perfect for my needs.

I love these minimalist shoe! But I needed to go a full size down
To start I love these fit kicks!Pros: lightweight, super comfortable, minimalist and stylish, and they make great water socks for the beachCons: sizing is way off! I needed to go a full size down from the Amazon and fit kick sizing chart, there is only one stitch keeping the soul to the shoe so I had to turn them inside out and add another stitch to make sure they don’t come apart. After reading a bunch of reviews wondering which size I should choose I checked the fitkicks website but it was no help because it just displays the same size chart as Amazon, I did a google image search I found a sizing chart for FirKicks that I could NOT find on their website but the google image linked to their website (really weird), that displays the actual length in inches of all the kickfit sizes, that was much more helpful!I measured my feet at 10.4 inches without socks which is a men’s US size 9.5 (based off the sizing chart I included) and so I bought a SMALL size fitkick and NOT a medium like the Amazon chart suggests, and they fit PERFECTLY! They’re not too tight, and not too loose, but there is a tiny bit of room in the toe region so my feet do not feel crammed in there at all. And I measured the shoe itself and the small is indeed exactly 10.5 inches from heal to toe (in the picture it looks shorter but that’s just the fish eye effect of my camera). And if you plan to wear these with socks measure your feet with socks on.So the small men’s FitKicks are truly size 8.5-9.5, and the Mediums are size 10-11 and so on.

Nice and comfortable around the house
Nice comfortable product for those who dislike big bulky and clumsy slippers. Hard but flexible soles mean you can step outside on the porch or stoop when needed. The slip on and off easily. My experience is they must be worn with socks to keep them smelling reasonably fresh, so take this into account when ordering the correct size.

Good shoe for the house
Can wear with socks at home. They have a little cushion and keep me from slipping on the tile floor.

Love these, but don't wear these around people you like...
I was excited to get these as I've tried a few competitive versions. - These look really good compared to the rest of the competitive options which are either so bright & gaudy that I'd rather wear socks or are so boring that I might as well wear socks - They are the right level of comfort while allowing my feet to move freely. - Size down from a normal shoe size and they should fit pretty well (at least for me) - Just don't wear these around people you want to like you. They stink. My feet don't normally stink... so much so that after wearing these for a few hours I starting walking around the house to attempt to decipher what that obnoxious smell was before realizing that it was me. They don't breathe much and created a funk from my feet that I haven't had with either of my other two competitive pairs (which aren't as nice looking or as comfortable). I've yet to try and replace the insole with something else.I will wear these around a pool and wear them for short periods of time, but I haven't given up on people so much that I want them to smell me after wearing these for a workout.

Good for stretching
These are great for light workouts! Second time buying. The first pair I just use to walk around the house.

Perfectos

durability
I tried this to do some sort of "minimalist footwear experiment" at a relatively low cost. I wore these outside to walk and jog on hard surfaces it wore off quickly less than 3 weeks. the top is very light and not durable fabric meaning that these get soaked pretty quickly and stay this way and end up reducing reponse between top of shoe because it looses elasticity and becomes baggy, which decreases quality of the overall fit. however, for indoors as slippers they would do fine, though maybe a little pricey. It is for casual wear. you can manage using them for walking on (dry) grass or very light jogging but nothing intense because they are not that durable.

Buenas, pero me gustaría que fueran más acolchonadas
Buena compra, me gustaría que fueran más acolchándose. Son más como unas sandalias herméticas.
