the ocean & you

I’m a yoga instructor and spin instructor. I’m always looking to poetry to find inspiration. This book is perfectly simple and beautifully designed. The first thing I noticed was the smell... almost like a quiet misty morning walk along the shore smell. Then the words.... every one pulled at my heart strings. I feel a sense of calm reading from it. This will definitely be a book I always carry with me.

Owner of a few of her books. This one is my favorite so far because of my love for the ocean and her references in it.

Absolutely loved this book. Such powerful words and necessary reminders to live your life for you. Highly recommend reading this.

Whimsical, fun, charming. For those moments in life that require reflection and retrospection, this book provides just the right introspective insight and a small moment of reprieve from the world. There is nothing more soothing to the soul than a book of good poetry. I love this author's poetry and I feel like I can always make a connection to it personally. Recomend adding this to your morning cup of coffee read or night time glass of wine read!

this book was so beautifully written, I’ve been a huge fan of kiana for a long time now and was so excited when she released this book. you can tell how much heart and emotion was put into each poem. kiana has definitely been an big inspiration for me and all of her books are simply amazing. i would 11/10 recommend this book to all of my friends and family. also thank you kiana for being such a sweet and kindhearted person, you’ve helped me through a lot.
