POOTACK Lumbar Support Cushion, Memory Foam Back Support Cushion

Great cushion. Recently had a double hip replacement and suffering from terrible back ache after returning to work in the office. This has been a great addition to my office chair. Has reduced the back pain significantly. Recommend this :)

Nice size and fit, lightweight, Has removed my lower back ache within days (I was forced to sit in very unsuitable state whilst largely bed-ridden in recovery for weeks). Also good price! The straps are flexible, easy fit, seems solid build quality.

Had this for just under a week wanted to see if it made a real difference, it has. Been driving for 3 to 4 hours and had a lot of pain in my lower back then bought this and for the past week I haven’t been feeling a lot of pain in the lower back. Would recommend it but also if you’re a driver make sure you stretch every hour just to help. And the material is great not rough.

I needed a support cushion to make me more comfortable because I have mobility issues, arthritis in my upper spine and pain in my shoulders and lower back, it gets especially painful and uncomfortable when I'm in my wheelchair. I thought I'd try this because of the good reviews. It arrived, as many things do now, flat packed but it soon reshaped itself once opened, although unsurprisingly it's not as plump and contoured as it looks on the photo! However when I tried it for the first time watching a theatre performance in my wheelchair it supported me in all the right areas and I didn't have the usual back, neck and shoulder pain flaring up during the performance or the next day! The straps although initially a bit of a faff to correctly size hold the back support securely in place on my wheelchair, is slip resistant and easy for my husband to put on and take off my wheelchair. I'm impressed with this product and very glad I bought it.

I really wanted to like this lumbar support cushion because the memory foam provides good support for my lower back, and the adjustable strap makes it easy to attach to different chairs.However, I can’t use it during the summer. The material used for the cover traps too much heat, making it uncomfortable after sitting for a while. It causes excessive warmth around the lower back area, which defeats the purpose of using it for long periods. I think it would be fine during the winter when the extra warmth is actually welcome, but for the summer it’s simply too hot.

It's excellent, I also got the pootack seat cushion to go with it and what a difference it has made to my office/gaming chair, no more shifting about the ease the daily pain i am in. It has helped so much than what I ever thought it could, its a thing thats better felt that telt to be honest 😅👌 the quality is great and its not too hard and not too soft, perfect for my goldilocks back lol👸

Lets face it, getting old sucks. I remember when i had a left knee and a right knee. Now I have a good knee and a bad knee. once you hit 40 to even have a chance you need to eat more carefully, exercise more frequently and think carefully about any physical interaction before performing it. This is of course just my experience! I have been largely desk based in my working life for over 10 years. And whilst I try to take regular breaks, it is an unconscious action that i end up leaning slightly forward for long periods whilst using my computer. As a result i cannot stand up without expressing a groan. No amount of replacement chairs or adjustments improve that midday ache across the base of my spine. I recently purchased a different version of this that was about half the size and strapped to the back of the chair about half way up. the issue i had is that it would always slip down and the support would be ineffective. This support is full length and sits at the back of the seat and also has elasticated clips to prevent it moving. I find the support from this far more effective,. The ergonomic design really provides good support at the base and around my buttocks, and i find myself leaning back into it far more than i lean forward. It has helped me be far more aware of my posture, and coupled with a foot stool I am far more comfortable during the day, and far less sore at the end of it. The memory foam is nice and firm whilst still cushioning your spine and feeling comfy. The mesh backing prevents your back from sweating during the hotter months (not that we get any of those here is sunny England!) Overall, very happy with this purchase and far more cheaper than trying to convince my boss that i need another new chair!

Lo uso all'occorrenza sulla sedia a lavoro, molto comodo e mi aiuta col mal di schiena. Ribadisco che lo uso all'occorrenza e di solito per poche ore alla volta, quindi non so come va sul lungo tempo, ma per me è una gioia quando serve. Gli elastici tengono bene e dà abbastanza supporto senza essere rigido. Unico problema, comune a tutti questi cuscini, è che col caldo non vanno d'accordo, ma usandolo solo all'occorrenza ho trovato un buon equilibrio
