9007AB Super Satchel w/ Removable Dividers

I am a teacher (not of art) and purchased the ArtBin to help me organize some of the typical supplies one needs for a classroom (pencils, erasers, paperclips, etc.) because I don't have a classroom, instead I travel to various classrooms within the building. The ArtBin is great for such a purpose because the lid closes and snaps tightly shut. It also has a strong, heavy-duty handle so that you can easily carry the bin with you, and the overall construction of the bin is very durable and reinforced. Finally, I love the ability to customize the ArtBin for whatever size objects/supplies you need. The bin comes with dividers so you can create the size and number of sections you need. NOTE: I have read some reviews and seen pictures where the dividers are forced, causing them to bend or warp. This is because the owner used the wrong sized divider for the section and is NO FAULT OF ARTBIN. The ArtBin comes with two sizes of dividers: "A" (slightly smaller) and "B" (slightly larger). The A sized dividers are for the front rows, while the B sized dividers are for the back rows. When the correct sized dividers are used, all sections are flush and do not bend or warp in any way. This ArtBin is a #1 best seller on Amazon for a reason! I would definitely buy this product again and others from the ArtBin brand for my future organizational needs.

I have a small business that includes me having small sample packs that I like to give out to potential customers. This organizer is the perfect solution. I can make sure that everything fits perfectly and organized inside of this case. Because it’s easy to see through and has decent clarity of the plastic I can see what I’m looking for with ease. It is a very sturdy box and is not gonna break easily. It looks classy and has a very clean look to it. The closure is excellent and definitely locks it in place.

I have been using this for over a month and after graduating from using the regular Super Satchel( also from Art Bin) and all I can say is I love this Super Satchel much more than the one without dividers. First this is deep enough that it holds 1/2ml dropper bottles standing up, which the other Super Satchel is able to do. The part that makes this product stand above the other Super Satchel is that this one has dividers. With the dividers you can make compartments that hold 1/2ml dropper bottles without having to worry about any of the bottles tipping over, as long as you have 8 bottles to a compartment. Unfortunately there is one thing that this Super Satchel can't do which the dividerless one is able to, and that is hold my wet palette, and hot glue gun, but to be honest with the amount of stuff I have in it currently I wouldn't be able to fit either of those things if I could. The only con I can think of so far is also in the regular Super Satchel, and that is that right at the bottom of the permanent dividers is a raised lip that goes in to the rows about 2 mm and is raised about 1mm, which takes up paint storage space as well as lead to some possible bottle tipping(this can be seen in other peoples pictures.) So would I recommend this to a friend absolutely,

I have been buying different jewelry pieces at auctions and need a way to categorize them for re-sale. I thought these would work because of all the dividers. HOWEVER, there are dividers inside that are NOT REMOVEABLE so you cannot configure the whole box. They give you a handful of separate dividers that you can attach to the stationary dividers inside the box. Configuring that way would not work for my purpose. Also, it said they were stackable and lockable. Well, the do lock individually, but I thought (or read it wrong) that once they were stacked, the whole stack could be picked up as one piece (I bought 2 of them) More correctly it should say that they stack on top of each other and not secure where you could pick them up together as a unit. ALSO, Amazons shipped each of these smallish art boxes in it's own oversized box (so 2 huge boxes). Then, they put those two oversized boxes into another EVEN MORE HUGE box for shipment. What a waste of cardboard. Maybe they did not have a big enough for two of them together -- I don't know. Just seemed like a ridiculous way to ship them. I saw nothing wrong with the boxes themselves. They will be perfect for someone who needs something like that design.

I use these for Battletech miniature storage, I pair the case with some non skid tape to keep things from sliding too much and it works amazing. The case is well made, spacious with out being bulky. The dividers fit very well, so long as you make sure they are all slotted into the right section (there's "A" and "B"). All in all a great purchase (bought 3 so far and I'm planning on 2 more).

As part of a major closet reorganization, I was looking for some more effective organizers. The ones I had at the time were a pain, because they were all different sizes, relatively small, and were stacked on top of each other making retrieval an ordeal. So I was looking for larger organizers, preferably ones that went "deeper" into my closet, and came across the Super Satchel line. I ordered a selection of different ones to try them out, and am very happy with them. The 9007AB is a large, well-built organizer, with a well-designed divider system, good latches, a convenient handle, and best of all, an integrated method of eliminating the inconvenience of having multiple organizers stacked on top of each other. There can be up to 18 divided compartments, and the box ships with a full complement of dividers. There are up to 15 configurable compartments, and 3 non-configurable ones. The see-through plastic is thick and doesn't have a flimsy feel that some other organizers have, and there are structures that reinforce the edges, further strengthening the box. The cover is securely attached with a substantial set of hinges that extend 2/3rds of the hinge side, allowing the cover to easily flip open without worry that they'll wear out over time. However, on the one I got, the cover is slightly convex in the center, so if I were to store tiny parts in it, they might slip out and mix when lifting the box up by its handle. I only have the one as of now, so I don't know if this is a recurring issue or not. However, most people probably wouldn't be storing very small items in an organizer this large, so even if it is a recurring issue, I doubt it would affect many people. The latches are also well-designed, in that they're separately attached and hinged, rather than being flimsy plastic extruded from the main body that could wear out and snap off over time. They snap shut with no ambiguity about whether or not they're actually closed, and it doesn't seem likely they could pop open by themselves. The dividers are superior to many others, in that they use a friction-based rail that won't pop out if the case is flexed (which really can't happen anyway due to its rigidity), and are sized so there's tension that enhances the friction effect to keep the divider in place to prevent tiny items from sneaking underneath. Given their size, they are definitely sturdier than one might expect. However, do not lose those dividers, because I have been unable to find replacement packs! Finally, as part of its design, this organizer has edges that are designed to fit onto rails mounted to the sides of a storage case. Artbin sells a nice one (also available from Amazon) that allows for a variety of configurations of up to 6 organizers (though if you were just using this one, the 9007AB, you could only fit 3 due to its height). This gets rid of the stacking problem quite nicely, and because the rack system allows almost every Super Satchel to be used regardless of size, is superior to other multi-organizer options that aren't nearly as flexible. Summary: Pros: Sturdy, well-designed handle, hinges and latches. Great divider design. Rack-ready makes for ease of multiple-unit storage. Cons: Space between dividers and cover (may only be an issue with my unit, need more to find out if it's recurring). Given the price, I find this an excellent value for a storage organizer.

I use “ArtBin 9007AB Super Satchel with Removable Dividers” to organize and store my beginner sewing supplies. The size of the container is quite large and can hold a lot. The downside is that only certain sections are configurable. For example, I’m unable to store my magnetic pin tray because it’s too large for the compartments. Also, certain dividers go into certain rows and if you’re not paying attention to the faint lettering are turning them in the right direction, they will not fit properly.

I'm happy with the satchel, these are my second order and unfortunately the second ones didn't come with enough dividers. I have tried to contact to manufacturer/seller to get support and cannot get anyone that can help me. Each satchel should have come with 4 strips of dividers, these last 3 only had 3 strips in each.

Really good way to organise your stuff into compartments. Note, mine came with only 9 dividers when the listing says 12.

Fantastic sorting solutions for my Lego bricks

I am a card maker and an artbin addict. These storage bins are ideal for all kind of craft items. This time I have bought some for the storage of my various paper flowers. The handle on each of these bins is a huge plus.

I've bought the ArtBin before and it's great. BUT this time the three ArtBins I got were all cracked, and the worst of the damage is shown, pieces of plastic actually having cracked right off. And this was sold and shipped by Amazon, so I'm particularly unimpressed. I wish there were another source for this product in my area so I didn't have to rely on Amazon's unreliable record for selling damaged products.
