The vegan Omega 3 is a great addition to my daily health regime. The capsules are small and easy to take, no stomach upset due to absence of stinky fish oil.

I've been getting these for probably 5 years. there's been no issues with them so far, they sometimes get a little smelly after opening the package, because they haven't been refrigerated, so just definitely keep them refrigerated. Overall. They are a little expensive being the vegan variety. But they are a good source of omega three's for someone on a vegan diet. I've been vegan my whole life and these are the cheapest good quality that I have been able to find.

It's been discovered that algal oil is really better for us than fish oil. Additionally, there are people like me, who are vegetarians and can't take fish oil even if it were the superior product. I take a liquid algal oil, but I bought these for a family member who greatly prefers pills. He loves them. He's told me his dry eye has completely cleared up since he began taking the capsules, and his hair is shinier, his skin smoother. He finds the pills very easy to swallow, with none of that fishy burping. (I wouldn't be able to get the pills down, so I'm really happy with the liquid. If you have trouble getting pills down, better stick with the liquid.) These pills contain a high degree of DHAs and EPAs, which are necessary for the health of cell membranes, especially those found in the eye and brain. They're also necessary for heart and immune health. In addition, they may reduce inflammation, though don't count on them alone to "cure" advanced arthritis. There is no cure for advanced arthritis other than joint replacement surgery, but if you supplement with these pills, you may never get arthritis. I think these pills offer you very good value for your money. And you really can't put a price on your health, can you?

It's a good product, has no funny taste or smell. It is also very healthy

I ran blood tests immediately before starting this supplement and then again after taking it daily for four months. The results were very encouraging. Omega-3 (EPA+DHA), as a percentage of fatty acids in my blood, increased from 1.9% (0.4% EPA + 1.5% DHA) to 3.6% (0.8% EPA + 2.8% DHA), immediately taking me from the high-risk (<2.2%) category to the low-risk (>3.2%) category. I am very satisfied with this result. The cost for this supplement is a bit steep, but it sure beats fish oil. These capsules actually taste kind of nice, to the point that I'll sometimes pop them into my mouth while I'm still filling my glass of water, just so I can get a little taste. I guess it's the tapioca starch. No problems with swallowing them, which I do both together. The capsules have varying appearance, with some appearing transparent and some appearing cloudy. This doesn't seem to affect their flavor, though, so I'm thinking it's fine. I do keep the bottle in the refrigerator.
