A very functional pommel bag!!!
How many times have you bought a horn bag that does not hold up, or sags from one side to the other because of uneven weight distribution? This pommel bag is awesome! The pockets are easy to get into. It is very roomy, but but has a stiffer feel to it so it is not sagging down the side. You can carry large bottles of water! There is insulation in the main pocket, but that can be removed for more room. Water bottle compartments are insulated. I love this bag!!

Quality and convenience
We were expecting just a very simply two pocket saddle bag to fit over the horn of our western saddles. How wrong we were! This saddle horn bag far exceeded our expectations. First, Cashel always uses quality materials. Next, the bag has SEVERAL pockets for all your gear. Plus, the section for your water bottles is so very convenient. No more struggling with trying to tie or clip the bottles to the saddle. We are truly pleased that we ordered this bag.

Best saddle bags I’ve had!
Best saddle bags I’ve ever had! The ones I had before were to big and always moved around on the saddle falling one one side or the other. They also ripped apart very fast. I decided to give this brand a try and I’m so glad I did! They are worth the price! I have used these saddle bags many times now and they still look brand new! Once strapped to the saddle the do not move around at all! I am not able to carry my truck keys, phone, two drinks, and snacks. I would buy again.

Well constructed, should last a long time.
Bought as Christmas present for my wife. She does a lot of trail riding and this saddlebag should be perfect for her. Convenient place for large water bottles, insulated pouch on other side for sandwiches. Exterior pockets for cell phone, glasses, map, horse treats, snack bar, etc.Bags appear to be well made, heavy construction, I expect them to last a long time.TRIGGER WARNING for you more sensitive folks. There is a great, quick access pocket that is a perfect fit for her S&W MP 38 cal. She and her girl friends ride a lot in the national forest and at times have ran upon some questionable characters.

It's Cashel, Of Course It's Quality
This is my third one of this style. Nothing wrong with the other two, I have the Casual Ride (newest), The Patrol, and the Trail Maintenance (oldest) versions. Just means they've seen progressively more miles, dust, and wear & tear. Oldest is 10 years old. The newest has been updated from flip phones to smart phones, longer and bigger side pocket. I use 17oz plastic bicycle sipper bottles, not a screw top for water because it's incredibly easy to drop the blasted cap. I use an Aussie Outrider Stockman saddle and the bags fit great against the poleys.
