Additional protection
I bought this for softball, but not as a catcher. I've moved to 3 fingers in the pinky which is great but it exposes a lot of the heel of my palm. After getting beamed in the palm from a high velocity hit off an even wilder bounce, I opted for some protection. Comfortable and just that extra bit of padding is great protection

Great for under your catchers mitt
Purchase this glove for my son to wear underneath his catchers mitt for extra palm Support. It works great and does what it’s supposed to do and makes his catching experience so much easier. Fits well under his glove and is very durable. Highly recommend for any one who needs extra palm padding while catching.

Looked durable
I had to return this item, I didn’t pay attention to the left handed or right handed catcher. So unfortunately the wrong one came. If looked really good quality though.

Great!
Works great under her regular glove to add some padding. She doesn't like using a catchers mitt so this was the next option to keep her hand from hurting while playing catcher position.

Pads for your Catcher- lifesaver!!
Our 13 year old just started the catcher position after years of baseball. He kept talking about the sting of the pitch. We found these and he is so impressed. He doesn’t complain about the sting anymore. Recommend these 100%

Decent quality. Not as much padding as expected.

Removed the catchers spring
Fits youth large hand. My son loves this glove. Quality stitching over the palm alleviated the sting from catching all day. He likes the fingerless option because he gets more glove feel.

Mediocre quality
Get what you paid for I guess. I got this primarily for when I was put in at catcher, and the padding on it was decent. It was a little difficult to put the mit on over top as it felt like my palm was hanging out of my glove a smidge. Also, first time I wore it, when I went to remove it the Velcro strap almost completely ripped off and I had to sew it back on before I could wear it again.

Nice fit, works well. Could use one a little smaller to fit the player intended for but otherwise no complaints!
