Worst product I have ever purchased
Box was extremely damaged and retaped. I had ordered a pencil christmas tree and I got a flimsy full size tree. It was very cheaply made. The branches were so flimsy that it could not possibly support a Christmas ornament. Total junk...tree, box and all

Not bad
I did not go 5 stars, just because it was a bit of a pain to set up. One thing that gets mentioned on all of these tall pencil trees reviews is how wobbly they are. At 9 ft, it's going to prone to tipping. However what I found is that there is a "branch" tightly wound around the "stem" that fits into the stand. This prevents the "stem" from going all the way into the stand. Once I exposed the whole stem and the tree is inserted into the stand as deeply as it will go, the tree is straight and is not prone to wobbling. After the tree is shaped, and decorated, it's quite nice.
