I don't write reviews too often and I was a little sceptical when I saw the words "fat burning pills" but I among a believer.I have been on these for a short time but I have noticed 3 massive benefits -1. I have more energy and can workout for much longer periods2. My body fat level must have dropped SIGNIFICANTLY. I haven't measured it, but I don't need to as I can see my abs popping through which were previously hard to see. I do feel I have less cravings for junk food too.3. I am not sure if this is normal, but I feel much stronger and focused in the gym *This may or may not be due to these pills but I can 100% say with certainty than number 1 and 2 is 100% due to these pills.I am going to continue taking them and report back with photos - My summer project is to be in the best shape of my life and I will definitely be taking these every day!

Couldn't recommend this product enough!For many years i have struggled with my appearance, i was always feel tired and could never seem to shift the weight. Absolutely love this product, I have been trying to lose weight for the last couple of years and I have always struggled to see any progress. This is a good product. I stayed keto apart from the odd blip at weekends but not hellish. I feel it keeps me from overeating. I am just about to buy another round of them. I took 2 a day because that is when I eat. I managed 3lbs a week, give or take, but remember I have been keto. Am sure it’s not a miracle cure but t has controlled my appetite.For the price it’s a decent hack to get your ketones up. I bought Mct oil before but I think this is better. I don’t seem to be struggling with myself to hold back the eating. And THAT is a biggie in my book

Been using for a couple of weeks and disappointed considering the reviews currently online. I didn't notice any appetite suppressant effect nor energy. Bit of a waste of money for me as it stands.

Would highly recommend these. I am prone to fairly bad keto flu when I don't use exogenous ketone at the start of my diet. I take two of these on day one usually at night time then another two the next day and I won't need to take them again until I eat carbs and want to go back on keto so then I'll repeat the process. Really help to combat the usual lethargy I feel in the first few days to week of keto and much easier to take than a shake.
