Review: It’s big and holds a lot of meds but couldn’t be happier - The medicine box was bigger than expected but I’m extremely pleased. It holds a lot of medicine and the small pockets inside on the lid are really nice for eye drops and other small vials. It arrived extremely quick and nothing was wrong with the packaging. It comes with 2 keys and a shoulder strap for carrying it. The only downside is that the key can be slightly difficult to get out when locked but I haven’t had it more than 3 hours and I expect it to fix itself as it gets used.
Review: Customer service stinks - Don't lose the keys like I did. Be smart and put one key in the box just in case you lose the other one. I looked and looked trying to get hold of the company and buy replacement keys but couldn't figure it out. I'm not on Facebook and that was the only way I could find to contact them. I'm older, my memory is not like it should be at my age ( only 65). Got the box to put medicine in when the grandkids visit. Can't afford another box, not sure what I'll do now. Its a great product, just not good customer service!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How do you get replacement keys?**
A: I sent the manufacture an email asking for help.

**Q: Is the lock complicated or secure enough for even the smartest toddler or child to not be able to get into?**
A: I personally don't use the key lock. I don't have small children. However it appears the key lock is strong and sturdy. Of course place the key in a secure location. Very good product and I highly recommend it use.

**Q: What is the height of the New(MC14020) box with handle up and down?**
A: I measure the handle at highest point (slightly curved) 2" so add or subtract that to original measurements

**Q: Is the outside of box metal? Cannot have plastic**
A: The description reads "new version". I can't speak to that. However I purchased this in 2019, it was plastic and smelled HORRIBLE. I left it to off-gas but the smell did not dissipate. I returned it

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ perfect lock storage!
*by L***Y on May 26, 2020*

This is perfect for medicinal marijuana, the bottom is deep enough for the containers as well as grinders and the top is perfect for pipes or other medicine still in bottles. Pill bottle can lay in top tray or (with top tray in) can stand easily on the bottom. Lock does not feel cheesy and stands up to wear and tear of opening multiple times per day!
