That it was the correct product and was an OEM product.
Product was the correct OEM product which was most important. It was listed as next day delivery but arrived in 2 days.

Printer drum needed replacing and Ink star had the part. Sent in timely fashion and did what it was supposed to do.

Does MOST of the Job
Causes ghost images on thicker card stock paper at the point I can't use my printer for that purpose. Prints on regular paper just fine though. Won't be buying again once needing to be replaced. So recommend for regular paper but not if you have a variety of projects to complete.

Didn't work
When I went to replace the drum found out it didn't work. Can't return because of the time frame to return items. I like to keep spares on hand, but in this case it didn't help me.
