World PrideSunglasses Rack Holder Glasses Display Stand (Blue)

Not sturdy, sunglasses frequently fall off. Not recommended.
Bought two of these about two years ago. I thought they'd be a cool way to display all of my sunglasses in my room (I collect sunglasses)Very easy to assemble, but that's about the only good thing I can say about it. Cheap plastic, doesn't sit completely level (wobbles a little bit, not a huge deal)The real problem is that there is not enough space between each level of the stand to hold sunglasses. If you're very careful, you can get them all on the display, but they're so close together, any time you try to remove one pair, at least 2 or 3 of the other sunglasses will fall off as well. They are sitting on my dresser, and sometimes the sunglasses will fall off of the display stand just from opening one of the dresser drawers. Very annoying. If you need a good sunglass display, I'd say you should look elsewhere. These are cheap, but cheap for a reason. The whole point of a sunglasses display stand is to hold and display them. Well, this thing struggles to even hold the sunglasses in place. Not worth buying at all.

Not Worth It.
The product looks the same, but it comes completely disassembled and you have to put it all together; with no directions. It’s not hard to figure out, but regardless, it was mildly annoying. It also came with one piece broken, but being that it came with spares, I just replaced it- no worries. Additionally, the only thing that keeps the bars in place are clear-ish colored little rubber bands, and I was actually one short of what I needed. For the price point, I would have definitely expected it to be a bit more sturdy. I also don’t understand why all the reviews are so good. Maybe I just have too high of standards for a sunglass holder? Not sure. I definitely like the way that it looks, but to take sunglasses on and off frequently jostles the bars around and makes them uneasy.

Great product and price.
I read a lot of bad reviews but encountered none. I keep mine on the pony wall of my kitchen/dining area which is study and the layers of paint work as a suction, sticking the holder in place. It does not come apart when removing or replacing sunglasses back on it. My sunglasses do not hit and knock down others on the holder. I love it and have no issues with it. Should you want the extra security of the dowels, super glue them in. And for the price, it was more than I expected. I found it to be a great value.

Bought the wood version. It's OK
So, Keep track of the Amazon catalog page if you want assembly instructions. Reading down a few reviews, I think the wood rack I ordered assembly applies to the plastic ones as well which just have one picture. From the pictures, I didn't get that the arm bars were centered using Silicone O rings. Leaves them a little wobbly. I'm thinking that I will apply some glue at some point. Anyway, don't forget to slide the O rings on before pressing the end caps on. The end caps just get shoved into the tubes by force and stay there by friction. You well need a small phillips screw driver to bolt the base to the post. Now the packaging; they taped it using clear packaging tape, so you need a knife. I first grabbed the package of small parts and gave it a yank. Spent the next few minutes on all 4s mostly trying to find O rings that are nearly invisable. Then I went and got a knife. Bottom line, Looks decent and basically works. I have it nearby my computer to hold/exchange distance and computer glasses and hold my little telephone/computer headset when not in use.

DIY crown holder
Clearly I had a bit of an unconventional purpose for this, but it worked! I couldn’t find any designated shelf for displaying crowns so I tried this. Initially I thought it was a miss because they ended up being wider than sunglasses and falling off, but I ended up gluing some spare beads to the end of each dowel to add an extra inch and make it work. It’s perfect now. I love it!

Easy Assembly! Great Design!
While I was slightly hesitant to purchase based on things I had heard about the durability and quality of the plastic, I am thrilled now that the item is in my possession! The rack did not come with instructions on how to put it together, but all the pieces were included and it took minimal brain power and time to assemble. I love the profile of the rack and think it does a great job both storing and displaying part of my sunglasses collection!

Good enough
It came with no assembly instructions, which is fine for me. I’ve assembled plenty of furniture bought from Amazon; I can figure out an assembly. However, the parts that came with this display stand just can’t be right. There are 2 screws in the package, and 2 holes to connect the stand to the base. But the screws don’t match with the holes. With the parts given in my package, assembly isn’t possible.EDIT: I had the base upside down... So, it works fine, just as advertised. It has lots of scuff marks and I would describe it as somewhat delicate but I don’t think I would say flimsy. It looks nice enough to hold all my glasses, as long as you don’t get too close and see all the little scratches and scuffs, or notice that the tips of the bars are plastic painted to look like metal. I have it in kind of a shadowy area of my house anyway so it doesn’t need to look pristine I guess.

Ok for the price, works
For the price it works but it does have issues and could be a lot better. It came with no instructions. Not that it's hard to figure out but they leave you guessing on some things like what the rubber rings are for until you get it together and see their cheap way to fix their mistakes. The wood is particleboard which is expected however I think you could find scraps of real wood for pretty cheap if not free to make this. The holes drilled for the rods are to big and the rods waddle around. Which is apparently what the rubber rings are for, to help hold the rods in place but they don't work. The rods that the nose of glasses rest on are to short. They put the bows of the glasses to far back on the rods and they easily fall off with the slightest bump. The finish looks ok from a distance even though it's fake.Overall, it does work. I'm not changing my glasses that often to get frustrated with it. Eventually I will grab some real wood scraps and make it a little better.

Meh.
Really reeeeally cheap. It gets the job done but I wouldn't recommend it honestly. Also the black looks brown in natural light.

Glasses do not sit nicely. Always falling off, everytime you put a new pair up, two fall off.
