It takes longer to start up, but you will get more life and less noise from your power supply brick. 2. Set your XBox to turn off after one hour of inactivity. Same reasons as below. 3. Ensure the power supply brick is unobstructed. Meaning not sitting on the floor in a dangle of wires. Make sure it "has room to breathe". 4.Make sure that your xbox one system is in power save or standby mode if you are getting the loud noise when your console is on or off if there is loud Noise from the Power Supply. Q: Does it have some loud noise like other Xbox one power supply, is it louder than the original Xbox one power?

It is loud as hell, I clocked it at almost 80db. Not even close to the 30 it advertises.

Q: How do you file a claim warranty claim?

If you bought an extended warranty with this then you would have received that by email separately within a day or two from original purchase. I suggest you go back and find your original email purchase and see where they sent the email confirmation for extended warranty. Once you find that it's fairly easy to follow the instructions to file a warranty claim. If it's within 30 days of purchase you can send it back and ask for a refund just go to recent purchases and click on return as this item is a 30 day eligible item for return. Hope I helped

Q: My power supply brick is stuck on stand by ( the orange light) and will not go to the green light to play how do I fix this?

Unplug it from its power source for at least a minute..like you do with a computer. Then plug it back in. This should reset it.
