Such a great product perfect for the gym. I use it everyday and have no issues at all! I soak it in Persil and hot water every other day for cleanliness and it’s good as new

Well made product, pretty comfortable. With two valve inserts installed and set on easiest mode, I felt like I was literally chocking. Had to place only one in and leave on the easy setting, still was a pretty good work out just for my lungs. The face mask is super flexible so be careful how you store it or it'll get deformed.

Wore it during a circuit training routine. It was uncomfortable not being able to breath normally, but when I took it off after my workout I was shocked at how different breathing felt. It was like taking leg weights off after getting used to them...I was able to breathe so effortlessly.

The levers to adjust the levels snapped off during the first use. They levers and mask overall are very frail. The mask itself fits well however, and it is very comfortable.

This is exactly what I needed in this cold weather to help me breath properly during my morning runs! It was a little difficult to figure the adjustments but once I figured that out it worked great!

Every time you breathe with this mask on the air ventilates to your eye. The mask is not that tight around your face. I’ve had other masks that fit like a glove but even though it looks like it’s strapped on. These guys didint fit it correctly. Most these reviews look super canned too. I use them for my 30 min cardio. The first time I felt like I couldn't breathe, but I made it. After I took them off for the rest of my weight workout I was pumped. I could breath so good. I use it every day. This is great I noticed my energy level at work has increased as well. I quit social smoking and I feel this has helped me regain my endurance.

Not a lot to it for the price. Lacking user guide for instance. I’m starting the return process now.
