Perfect !

Love John Friend, he, I believe, is one of the best teachers. I feel so wonderful spiritually and physically after my practice.JOHN FRIEND if you read this PLEASE remake your YOGA FOR MEDITATION in a DVD!!! It was in a VHS format and my husband and I have been doing this one for years. But the tape broke and my VHS player is eating the cassettes. PLEASE PLEASE remake it, it was so good. Thank you
