It’s a decent lamp but the dimming function is disappointing, at least with the bulb provided, as even on its lowest setting it is incredibly bright. Given the lack of any shade I’d think it could be dimmed lower. I also wish the cord was hidden to come out under the base rather than from the side of the post as that makes it look cheaper, but I suppose it is cheap so can’t really expect perfection.

It was a beautiful lamp, came packaged very well and nothing was broken, but after I opened it and tried to put it together, the wire inside the lamp wouldn’t go in all the way, it was completely stuck and I couldn’t screw it together in the middle, don’t know why, maybe because the lamp is shaped the way it is on top, but I really wish it worked out, so I had to return it because I couldn’t put it together all the way. Maybe not everyone could have that problem, so hit or miss, Pretty cheap for a nice simple lamp that you could dim!

If you put the light dimmer to the lowest part and leave it there it sometimes turns off by itself and turns back on other than that it works perfectly fine and it could go very bright
