I attached real life photos for size and quality comparison. I'd say they are ok. I've seen better looking quality and sized ones at JoAnn fabrics and now I wish I would have bought those even if they were a little more. Check dimensions. They are smaller than in planned--but I guess I didn't check dimensions. They look fairly fake. Their photos are actually realistic though--so that's good. They DO NOT come with batteries, so keep that in mind when price shopping. When you install 2 AA batteries to each candle, it is hard to twist the bottom on. So you can't really just leave the batteries in the candle either, because there is no switch, so once batteries are in and your twist--it's on---only way to turn off is to remove batteries. Thy are a little smaller in diameter so as you can see in my photo they stand crooked--or at least in my holder, but I'll put tacky putty in the bottom to help keep them up.

Worked Perfectly to Give a Magical Feeling!
I used these lights (plus a little fishing line) to create 'floating' candles for a Harry Potter themed trunk or treat. Worked well and gave a great effect. A couple of the candles didn't glow as brightly as the rest (and all the batteries were brand new) but they did light & flicker, so minus 1 star for that

Fake flame but cute decor item
Great looking candles for an event! They aren't super fancy and the flame doesn't give any illusion it's real, so I would stay away from putting these in any wedding decor, unless up high away from eye level. I hung these from the ceiling for a Harry Potter party. These take AA batteries which make a seemingly light weight object, heavy. Another flaw is the fact there is no OFF/ON switch. The bottoms twist to turn on, but in order to turn them off, you have to unscrew them. This makes them no very user friendly and high maintenance if a lot are used. Other than that, these are a fun product and a GREAT size!

A good sturdy electric candle.
I use a lot of electric candles for my job as a prop mistress and these are a really good buy. They are sturdy, the base fits well into candle stick holders and I like the look. Many of the electric candle sticks on the market are a full sized taper, but this one looks like it's been used a bit so it is not quite so long. Really good for candelabras that have to come out of small spaces. Also if you don't get these in perfectly straight it is not as noticeable as a full taper. Exterior material is compatible with gaff, super glue, and liquid weld.

but quite nice looking and bright
I can't quite figure out how to hang or display them with the size of the base, and also having the base battery screw being the only way to shut them off...it's a tricky item, but quite nice looking and bright. My children love to carry them around like little camping lights. The batteries last pretty well, if you leave one on over night there will be no battery left, and each candle uses two AA.

PASS THESE LED CANDLES BY. Piss poor quality.
Just awful! Was so excited to get them. The previous 6 I bought performed beautifully. Came on precisely with the timer and lasted 2 months at 6 hours a day. These don't meet any standard at all. They may come on-or not. Timer is willy-nilly. Comes on during the day-or not. Really piss poor excuse for any parameter. Also one candle's battery got so hot it burned my hand. I'd consider Youngerbaby a bottom of the barrel supplier for anything. PASS THEM BY.

Great product
I ordered two boxes of these. After reading the negative reviews about them not working I decided to put batteries in each candle to make sure they worked. Each & every one of the candles worked great. I will say that I had to wiggle the batteries around in a couple of them but they still worked nonetheless. I ordered these for our kiddos to use in our church's Christmas program. They're gonna love them. I would definitely recommend these candles.

Worked great for Harry Potter floating candles
Worked great for Harry Potter floating candles. Batteries last a really long time in these! I have some that have been on for almost 2 months straight & they still have decent glow tho some are finally starting to shut off due to batteries dying.
