Direct Replacement, Easy Install
Used this capacitor as a direct replacement in my furnace blower setup and it was completely straightforward to install. Specifications matched correctly, fitment was proper, and the multiple terminal orientations made wiring simple regardless of positioning. Installed without modification and worked immediately. Build quality feels solid and it has been operating without issues since installation. Good no-drama replacement part.

AC Season is coming up. Keep extras!
I keep about a half dozen of these capacitors around for when summer is coming. Usually I only need one or maybe two per season for my own AC but I've saved lots of neighbors headaches and got them running quickly. They’re inexpensive, reliable, and exactly the kind of part that can save you from paying a steep service fee for something that takes only a few minutes to swap. The build feels solid and they work well for small fan motors and AC units. It’s still important to be careful and know your limits when working around electrical components, but having a spare on the shelf can make a hot day a lot less stressful. AC Repairman typically take 4-6 hours to show up and charges $120 to switch out this part in 10 minutes.

Great replacement for our 20+ year old furnace, so far
This is working great in our old furnace. It was a inch or so taller but everything else was the same. So it fit into the original bracket without any modifications or adjustments. The old one crapped out all of the sudden. For $7 each I ordered 2 so that I have a backup and because I have 2 furnaces (one upstairs and one downstairs) that are the same model. So far so good and will update my review if needed. Make sure to discharge the old one before you go accidentally touching it and shock yourself trying to take it off!

Such a little thing saved my over $3000.
My AC stopped working and I called my home warranty and they sent a tech. Lo and behold here comes the bending over with no lube situation. This is Phoenix, and the AC stopped working on late August of 2023, so it was hot but not July hot (no day in July under 110F) and the warranty took over 10 business days to get back to me about fixing my AC. I have a trane and the life it's about 20 years, my unit is 16. So the home warranty said my unit was obsolete and I needed a new unit. I said NO. I want to repair. When talking to the guy at the home warranty place he said that it was 980 in parts alone. He gave me the names and I looked them up. I told him that OEM parts that he said, well I found them for 350. He says he has to wait on the techs report and then he'll call me back. I wait another week, in Phoenix August weather... stupid people. And the repair quote is $3200 in parts plus labor and the replace quote is over $12,000. In the meantime while these people scratched they butts and tried to rip me off, I went online and searched for alternatives on how to fix my AC. I found a 8 min videos with common causes and fixes for AC motors. I bought this item and the control unit for the AC. Well, me with a drill, the $10 capacitor and a 8 min online video solved an issue that an AC company and the home warranty people that wanted to charge me over $3200 plus labor to repair, not even counting it was over $12,000 to replace. This capacitor should be a staple on any AC tech tools but the desire to screw their common man outweights whatever simple solutions there are for money. Shame on them. This is the 1st thing I mention to my clients and friends if they ever have any AC issues.

A reliable capacitor is all you need when an emergency happens...
This capacitor did everything I expected it to do, including bringing the motor of my in-suite fan coil back to life. It is incredible the amount of joy a capacitor can bring when it works the first time after installation. And, with a name like BOJACK what can go wrong? I just ordered 3 more of these capacitors, 2 for the remaining fan coil motors in my apartment plus 1 spare just in case I need to replace another in the future. Add to that the affordable price, as well. Thanks to Amazaon.ca and to BOJACK.

Great design, works perfectly.
The perfect replacement for my AC units fan. Dropped in, and my old girl came back to life. The HVAC store wanted $100 for it, but thanks to this seller, I was able to have my ac unit fixed for a fraction of the cost.

Better than a 35 year old one.
Installed on 35 year old furnace that was buzzing on startup. Old capacitor wandering 5.25-5.44uF @ 7.8A inrush / 3.56A running. New capacitor 5.08uF stable @ 7.42A inrush / 3.43A running. Better startup. More efficient.

Great replacement
Work great, it slightly small in diameter then the original, l had to add a small piece of rubber for it to be tight in the holder. But other then that it's great. We will see how long it last.
