I measured my dog, the sizes are accurate. The product is quality, the sizes are accurate. The device is sturdy. I have a higher than average goldendoodle puppy. The harness is appropriate and sturdy. I will buy another one when this one wears out in 10 years!. I would recommend this harness to anyone that has a fur friend. My dog is a service dog, but I would put this on non-service dogs. The price is comparable to harnesses in Petsmart, but better quality. I got harness in 24 hours from order.

bought this for my GSD puppy who is going thru service training. she has outgrown it as expected and i have replaced it with another, larger harness from icefang. at classes she never seemed to be fighting with this harness the way some of the other dogs did with theirs from other brands. MY ONLY ISSUE is they have amazing and durable metal clips at the front, but not the sides, our other dog has destroyed those plastic clips during, play/rough housing, even just when theyre laying on the floor relaxing make all the clips the metal ones and this would be a solid 4.5- 5 star product

For the price can't complain. This harness is visible, holds up to all kinds of abuse (anyone that knows labs will know this) mud, rolling, bushes, trees, water, car rides) the stitching is still immaculate. I love the Velcro patches, clearly display their name, fit pouches on it, the handle has come in handy quite a bit as well. My dogs love this harness, they get crazy excited when they see me go to grab it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I like to hike with my dog(a Rhodesian Ridgeback) on trails all 4 seasons. She likes to wander and some of the trails go through public hunting land. I bought this so hunters and other people would see her, and it has worked perfectly! I love the handle on top and the metal buckles. It fits well and she loves it! Definitely Recommend!!!

Bought this for a Border Collie pup nearing a year old with major anxiety issues, who startles very easily and has a hefty response to perceived threats with barking, lunging, etc (new meds seem to be helping much more than the old ones, so much less of an issue now).The harness is very sturdy, nice and solid manufacture with metal hardware, and the handle makes it so much easier to control her when she flips out. Zero signs of fraying or stress from her hefty fight or flight responses, makes bringing her under control a breeze. Overall very impressed with this harness after going through three other styles that just couldnt hold up to her stress responses.She shows zero signs of discomfort with this harness, even when she wears it for the whole day. It is a touch weighty, and she was hesitant the first few times i went to put it on her after the initial wear, but now she stands calmly while I strap her in before bounding over to the door to wait impatiently while I get her leash.Only thing I could possibly knock about it would be that it seems to run just a hair larger than the measurements would suggest, as I measured her according to the guide provided, she fit just a couple of inches over the minimum size, and I currently have the harness snugged up as far as it will go and it is just a touch loose on her. Not a problem for me, as she is only just now hitting the one year mark and she hasnt been spayed yet, so I have no doubt i will end up letting it out a little in a couple of months.Be prepared to brush down the harness after walks though if your dog likes to roll around like mine does... the velcro does like to collect grass clippings and such! Just buy plenty of patches and the problem goes away!Update: July 1st 2022.More than one year on and this thing is just as solid as the day i got it.My girl demands her harness when she is ready for her morning walk, and then has no interest in any attempt to remove it until her last out of the day. Even when it is a mostly lazy day where she is just laying around the house, she doesnt want her harness removed. It is without a doubt the most comfortable of all the harnesses we tried, the most secure, and the safest. She can be easily controlled when she freaks out, and she looks so smart in it.I came back here because I am going to order a second one now in a lighter color, as this is Oklahoma in summer, and as a predominantly black dog, she does get a bit warm. It will be nice to have options, and while I have seen no sign of any fraying of stitched, loosening of buckles, etc, I am sure swapping between two of them will make these last her lifetime.Never been happier with a purchase.Final update. 8/27/22Bought the same size in Grey with reflective stitching. This harness has had some design tweaks since my original purchase. The new red tabs on the front buckles are easier to open, almost too easy.Most importantly, the underbelly piece has changed from a single unit to a two piece with adjustability. Its a solid looking update that i cannot knock at all. Great improvement.However, this redesign has increased the size of the harness, meaning the old design that I bought in a medium, that when cinched up as far as possible, fits like a glove and can grow with her, has been replaced with an improved product that no longer fit my dog as it was too loose.Amazon returns arent a hassle, and I'll probably end up just ordering the small now instead, but if a product is updated, the listing should be as well.Just pay close attention to sizing, and assume it will be a little loose now and adjust accordingly.Still 1000% recommend!

After trying 4 other vest this is the best one out there. It fits my service dog perfectly. The quality of the stitching and the straps that tuck into the vest make it safer for the dog and handler by reducing tripping hazards. Can’t recommend this vest enough!

I wish the back two buckles were metal like the front two.Otherwise this is a nice feeling product. I was able to get out adjusted to my dogs size quickly.I got an extra large for my 10 month German shepherd puppy (he's a big boy), it for at the smallest sizing with plenty of room to grow.The stitching is good quality and it feels very nice overall. If it falls apart, I will update my review.

Worked well for my dog. I felt the back was a little long and her skin would scrunch up behind it, but she never acted like it bothered her. She would wear this for hours sometimes for long day hikes and swims. There was never issues of skin rubbing or signs of discomfort. I liked the orange because we live in an area where everyone makes everywhere a shooting range.

So I needed an escape proof dog harness and this came up in the searches. Read the reviews, and some said the straps come lose when dog the dog pulls. I thought that's nonsense, but it turns out to be true. I had to modify the harness in the end by adding elastic bands behind the buckles. It seems to have worked, but for the price I wouldn't expect this to happen. Also once the straps are tightened to fit my dog who is a very large breed labradoodle the straps have long flapping pieces hanging off every strap with nowhere to hold them in place. It looks that stupid, I've now cut the straps. But like I said, for the price, I don't expect to have to cut flappy straps off and fix it so the straps don't pull lose. The harness is also quite heavy due to the unnecessary metal buckles on the front. My dog hates wearing it and runs away from the harness when it's time for a walk. I would not recommend this product, it has so many flaws, it's like an item you'd buy off wish.

The harness looks amazing, especially with the Velcro patches you can buy. But… after a few long walks (2hr+), I noticed my dog was trying to scratch under his front armpits. When I looked, his fur had been rubbed off and his skin was raw and weeping. This is due to the buckle clip catching on his under arm while he runs and moves his front legs backwards. This is a design fault- the straps need to be further back so his front legs can move freely without rubbing. This is so disappointing as the harness does look so cool on him. If you are into short lead walks, then this might work ok but please keep checking under your dogs front legs for any abrasion.

First of all I want to make it clear that I returned this harness. It is really well made and good quality but, in my opinion, has a serious design flaw. The buckles are way too heavy. I'd say of the total weight of the harness the buckles made up close to 50% of it. I tried it on my dog and it was a little too big but that helped me to visualise where the weight of the buckles would be transferred. If you want your dog to work harder on their walks I would recommend this harness, otherwise I would not!!!

Dog appears to find it comfortable actually stands still to get his "coat" on. Bit fiddly to adjust and needs regular tightening as he's a puller but so far so good.

Ordered Icefang no - pull harness in medium and in ranger green. Order arrived within specified time frame. Order wrong colour, expecting green, received black. Item picture had two metal bars bracteting the strap on the no - pull D-ring, preventing rotation. Received a harness that had no second bar this allowing full rotation. No braning on any of the straps. Had the Harness under 2 weeks ans the harness is fraying and stiches are pulling. Applied for return.
