Q: Will this work with dual element?

This controls the upper element and the emergency cut off control. It's for a standard heater with upper and lower elements.

Q: What is the rang of operation

There was no range rating on it, however, it melted within 5 minutes nearly causing a fire. I do not recommend.

Q: Does this fit a whirlpool e2f30ld035v?

This has a very specific fitting to hold it on the surface of the tank, and is not a universal unit that fits any water heater. If you look up the parts for your unit and this does not show up - don't get it.

Q: how would I reset the eco or does it reset it self

You push the red reset button. You will hear it click.
