No effect! Even in hot milk or a formula did not work. Other brand I bought after this did wonders. Formulas with smaller amounts than this had immediate effect.

I bought this for my Ayurvedic type (Vata) and my body absolutely loves this, I feel my body temperature going up which is good because I’m always cold due to hypothyroidism. Im curious to see over time, if this is a help to regulate thyroid function.Ive tried SO many things (I do KETO and IF) and this really seems to be working quickly.
