CorningWare F-2-PC (2.5Qt or 1.5Qt) Oval French White Lid

The fit is not exact for vintage Country White products, but it fits okay with a little extra pressure. I assume the more recent versions of this particular bowl must be slightly smaller.

This lid fits my very old Corningware 2 1/2 quart oval perfectly. It snapped right on there. For me, this is definitely a five star purchase. I've never been able to find a lid (I have the glass one) to snap on for when I take a casserole to someone else's house. I should have looked on Amazon for this a long time ago. I've always used rubber bands wrapped around the dish and glass lid to secure it for travel, and yes, I've had some accidents! I'm taking food to a friends tomorrow for Thanksgiving. This came just in time!! Price was right and the lid came VERY quickly. THANK YOU!!

Bought these for the corningware dishes whose glass lids had broken over time. Much prefer these to the glass lids. Easier to store and less risk for breakage

I have had my Corning Ware dishes for many years. My casserole dishes only had the glass lids which are great if you are at home but not very convenient if you are going to take them somewhere or if you need to store them in the refrigerator. I decided to see if I could find plastic lids to fit my dishes. I had great difficulty finding the ones that fit my dishes because mine have F-2-B 2.8 liter printed on the bottom. All the lids I looked at said 1.5 qt, 2.5 qt or 3 qt. I even went to Corning Ware's own website and still had no luck. I finally decided to give these a try (Corningware F-2-PC Oval French White 2.5-qt or 1.5-qt Lid (2 Pack). They fit perfectly. They have a very nice, tight fit so you don't have any liquid spilling out. I love them.

Genuine article for replacing originals that were starting to harden and crack. Seems very expensive for what they are though.

I love these! The casserole dished come with glass lids which are fine but over the years the lids chip. These lids are a great solution for traveling or storing items in the refrigerator and even the shelves. We love them, we have bought many and would definitely recommend them!

I have a F-2-B (2.8L) and F-6-B (1.8L) that it fits like a glove. I also have a F-6-B (1.5QT). It fits very tightly on this one and was a bit difficult, but I could still get it on the dish sufficiently (see dish on the left). I am satisfied with these for all of my dishes and I feel they’ll loosen up over time to fit the 1.5 QT better.

I bought my corning ware set about 20 years ago. While the containers have stand the test of time, the lids not so much. These are the perfect replacement fit and function for my corning ware set.
