This grounding mat is from a great company Hooga Health. They make the red light therapy device I use. I bought this grounding mat because I believe the company makes great products. They don’t disappoint. This grounding mat is great. I have lymphedema. I can feel a very slight vibration, my heels become sore and my legs have that restless leg syndrome after about 10 minutes. I assume this is normal and how the grounding mat works. After I’m off the Mat my legs begin to relax and I feel good. No aches, no heaviness, a slight loss of fluid. I’m able to get my compression socks on with less struggle. I would recommend this grounding mat above others for the very reasons, the price is lower than others, it’s made of equal material and the mat comes from a company with a great reputation for other health products.

This product is simple to use, easy to fold up, and has a very long cord. I put it under my bare feet while working at my computer, and although it is subtle, I think it is helping. I have been sleeping about an hour longer than usual since using it, and am not using as much pain medication. It came with useful and understandable information about how it works. Have recommended it to several people.

I gave myself 30 days to review this grounding mat. I’m on day 3.As you can see in the photo my ankles and feet are swollen. I’m am Diabetic Type II- no complications as of yet.I had to write before my 30 days. Because I slept until 10am today. That never, ever happens. I’m usually up by 6:30am and sometimes in weird occasions I’m up at 3am. I say this to say… I woke up today so energetic… my legs don’t hurt. Sometimes I can barely walk. So energetic that I cleaned the whole bathroom, put new curtains, rugs etc. Then hit the kitchen. I haven’t been this energetic since before I contract Covid(2020) and SARS(2023). It was a long battle back to some stable health.Now to get back to the mat. At first I felt weird, all those feelings of spark like current going through my body. I felt them up my legs and finger tips. It scared me. I even bought all the gadgets to test the mat and outlet. Asking myself “ is this right?”. At one point I felt a heart flutter, nothing major. I guess anxiety kicked in on the unknown.Well if I’m going to feel energized and sleep better, then I will continue to use the mat. I put it by my recliner while I watch TV. Every time I sit there I’m plugged in.Again, I will put an update as I go through this process.Give it a try. For the price you can’t go wrong. If it dies y work for you send it back. Amazon is great that way, never an issue with returns.

Ok so while some products on this site may not work as intended this mat does. i also bought the earthing rod to use wit the mat.I put this at the foot of my bed, above the sheet so my mid calfs/ankles and feet rest on it skin to mat.I connected the mat to the grounding wire, stuck the rod in the socket and ran the wire outside my bedroom window and stuck it deep into the ground.First night i had weird dreams, typically i dont dream and if i do i never remember them.2nd night and every night after no dreams, yay. just slumber, yay. i look at my fitbit every day to see if my sleep is altered and it is, i have gained about an hour of more deeper sleep every day, less waking up at night as well. (iwill point out that sleep isn't an issue for me, it is my friend and typically strive to get enough of it.)I noticed that when on the mat it relaxes me right out, kinda like when u drink a glass of wine, that same feeling i get, super relaxed, and less stressed.I don't have any major illnesses, my health is good so all i need is this size mat, don't need anything bigger, i just sleep with it every night.The other major thing i noticed is that it moves my lymph like no bodies business! i was actually seeing someone at my chiropractors office for homeopathic lymph treatment n accupuncture, i started that 3/4 wks before i got the mat and it was slow going, it did help so ikept going. i noticed that while at the chiro office they used a grounding mat under my feet so from that i thought i would look into getting one for myself at home. I did and by the 2nd nite the lymph was back to normal, zero lymph issues infact. Loving that part alone, that and the improved sleep.the other thing it helped was it removed any stiffness and slight achiness, i was taking a supplement for that daily that worked but i found i don't need to take the supplement for that any longer. so that's cool.One more thing, i read that some individuals can feel a lil tingling, well im one of them, so that's pretty cool, i only feel it in my feet and lower leg area, ever so subtle, lil zaps of something or other, which i didn't think i would feel anything, but who knew.Unfortunately i do not get outside in this hot FL weather, i simply love the beach but am not outside that much so this helps tremedously. When i do go out though i will def remove the shoes and let the earth do it's work.
