It works for me am super pleased
Second update This continues to work for my. I continue to use it proactively ( before bed and when i wake up ) and I no longer am having headaches. It’s been long enough to be clear that’s a big change. Along with sinus pressure headaches that morph into migraines if not stopped I separately also get eye auras. For these I have found using the device right away slows considerably the speed the aura grows at but it does not stop it. As soon as I finish the “trestment” the aura grows at a higher rate. It does not eliminate the aura. I still have to take liquid advil asap to stop it. I have had 2 auras since getting this device and the experience was the same each time. What I did notice was after taking the advil the aura went away about 1/3 faster than it did before I had and used the device. Also there was no lingering feeling of being “shakey” or a lingering low level throbbing in my head that I would experience before having this device. So in summary it seems to have some benefits for auras when combined with meds but not a solution in its own. For me anyway Update : I have been using it once at night and once in the morning to try and avoid headaches and it’s worked. I haven’t had one We have had a lot of changing weather so ordinarily I would have had a number of headaches. I like that I can use it to prevent a problem. Also like that I no longer have puffy eyelids and watering eyes every morning. It’s like a mini face lift now the puffiness has gone as it’s opened up my eyes. Hadn’t expected that but sure do like it! ——- original comments I have sinus pressure headaches fairly regularly and a fair number are severe enough to be migraines with pain, light sensitivity, wretching, cold chills. I had mild congestion ( no headache ) after receiving ClearUp and used it to see if it gave any relief and also to be familiar with how it worked. I wanted to know beforehand how to use it in the event I had a bad head as that would not be when you want to be reading instructions. The congestion was relieved and gone within ten minutes completely. At a later date I woke up with sinus pressure and a headache. I had the device next to my bed so grabbed it and did two slow passes on the painful side of my face. - I started to feel an easing of the pressure right away and it continued and was eliminated within minutes of finishing -WOW! seriously WOW ! Pain was gone! - The congestion didn’t return I noticed the second time I used it the green light / vibrations were more numerous vs the initial trial run I did when it first arrived. This makes sense as I was much more congested causing pain the second time so that supports that it does detect blockage. My hope is to use this as early as I can germ I have sinus congestion and avoid severe headaches/migraines. I also hope to reduce / eliminate the need for meds. I strongly suggest reading all the instructions before use. It’s VERY easy to use but there is info info the instructions which you need to know to get the results, understand what to expect/what’s normal and what not to do. The pouch has two segregated areas so it holds and keeps separated the charger and the actual unit. I plan to keep the unit with me at all times so would like a small padded pouch for just the device as the one it comes with is large for purses etc and i don’t need to take the charger unless travelling. Hope this is helpful

It works!!! Update- Stopped working
OK, so I wasn't sure about this, but I decided to try it. At first it was a little weird, but I think I got the hang of it now. I know it is not approved for congestion, but it seems to help for that. I am always taking Sudafed, but it is a pain when I run out, because I have to get it at the pharmacy counter. I recently ran out of Sudafed, and I have been using this. I believe it helps. The only thing I have some issue with is in certain spots in pinches and is uncomfortable, but not always in the same spot. When it does pinch, I just move it over. UPDATE - After using infrequently this past year, I charged device and discovered it no longer works. All lights flash and device turns off. It is out of warranty and company offered to search for coupons for me. Yeah I don’t think so. A $150 device that last 2 years with only infrequent use is not acceptable. If you use this daily and it stops working after 2 years, it may be worth it to you. However not for the amount of times I used it.

Was Desperate
A must buy! Bought this out of desperation 2 months ago. Saw something on WebMD that suggested using a micro-current wave device which led me to buy ClearUp. It showed up in the middle of a sinus infection. It didn't cure the infection, but it did help a lot with the side effects. My face was extremely puffy and I felt miserable. ClearUp reduced the puffiness. Could still feel some but it no longer bother me. Also like how you can target the nasal passages in the forehead. When my forehead gets inflamed I lose all motivation and sometimes get dizzy. This device helps with that. I have Non-Allergic Rhinitis (NAR). My allergist for several years has had me on 3 daily different nasal sprays. One I take multiple times a day. NAR is not well understood. Literature says that barometric changes can set it off. The 3 sprays were not working for me. Had a nasal cryotherapy done. This device showed up in the middle of recovery from the procedure. Initially used ClearUp 4 times a day. Probably about 15 minutes each time. Now use it maybe 2 times a day and it finds a lot less areas to work on. Between nasal cryotherapy and ClearUp I no longer have days where I feel it is dangerous to drive a car. Also rarely have a bad motivation day due to sinus problems. So... am able to do more with my life. I don't take my nasal medication sprays as much as I use to. Still have nasal issues when a weather front moves in. Which on those days I use ClearUp more. I am very happy with this device...

Clear up has provided congestion relief for me
Have been using the device for about a month really wanted to give it a good try before reviewing. I have Non Allergic Rhinitis with little pain but lots of pressure and congestion. I have suffered with NAR for the last 4-5 years and have tried everything OTC and prescription to gain relief to no avail. This device has helped me. For me the device does work on my congestion, it doesn’t make it completely go away but it provides enough relief to allow me to function more normally. Within 30 minutes of using the device I can breath easier through my nose. The first time I used it I was startled by the sensation of cool air traveling through my nasal passages. It also seems to help clear out mucus stuck in my maxillary sinuses. The device is easy to use and I don’t feel any discomfort from the current but I have been using it on the lowest setting. The only complaint I have is the super bright green light that glows constantly while using it. I close my eye on the side I am doing so the bright light isn’t shining into my eye. Bottom line, this is a good product that has helped me. I will continue using it until I come to a decision about having surgery to permanently help my NAR.

Revised - their fix worked. Stopped working within 4 months
Editing to add - I contacted their support, and they suggested rebooting the battery by plugging it in, holding the power button for a full 20 seconds and then letting it charge. That did the trick. It still provides only moderate relief for my sinuses, but I was impressed it started working again. I used it for about a month, then it sat for a couple months. I went to use it again, and it had no charge. So, I plugged it in and let it charge for a full 48 hours. The light came on, indicating that it was charging and eventually glowed solid green. But, the unit will no longer turn on. Huge waste of money for mediocre results.

Electric Sinus Relief
It actually works! I've been taking meds to fight sinus infections & polyps, so I decided to try the Clear Up nasal device. In order to do an accurate test, I stopped the sinus medication while using the product & to my delight, it not only relieved my sinus discomfort, but it actually helped with the polyps within a couple days. The company says that the product isn't for getting rid of polyps (only surgery can eliminate polyps), but in my case Clear Up shrunk them back to where I can easily breath again & that's good enough for me. The product is easy to use & even thought it works by using an electrical pulse (I use it on max setting), it's not uncomfortable & can hardly be felt. Great product.

Most relief experienced
This device has helped relieve my chronic rhinitis more than anything I've tried. For me, it seems to lessen inflammation allowing me to breath better through both nostrils. I don't normally have sinus pain so I can't speak to that. I have had the device since July. For years, I have had congestion and large amounts of drainage year round. Sometimes, I could hardly breathe from my nose. Saline, medication, steroids, neti pots--I have tried them all with no good results. Acupuncture was the only thing that helped, but I can't afford to keep that up. Since I have been using the ClearUP, I have more good days than congested days. I am not filling tissues around the clock, so it may be helping with more than inflammation. I use it 2-4 times a day. If I find myself with some congestion at time of use, it may take a bit of time for it to clear up. The results are not necessarily instantaneous, but it helps throughout the day and after a little delay, I am breathing easier. I like this device precisely because I don't have to take drugs to obtain relief. There are no side effects to deal with. It is simple to use and not time consuming. It has more than paid for itself.

The jury is still out.
I have acute chronic sinusitis. I've had numerous sinus surgery's including a frontal obliteration. I latch on to any "shinny new thing" when it comes to sinus relief. So far (I've only had the product for 3 weeks.) ClearUp seems like an unperfected gadget. It seems to mask / distract the pain and or pressure. The application "spark" seems erratic in terms of timing. The net effect of the treatment thus far has been not worth the application time. The battery charging port is not substantial and I would guess prone to eventual failure. I will continue test the unit for a while to give it a fair shake however I've not had an "ah ha" moment. //// Up Date ! //// mine has stopped working, after a full battery charge. I’m not happy.
