Why is it that the first time you open the package, my head protector is wrinkled?

Our head protector are compressed and packed, so they are slightly wrinkled when unpacked. Don't worry, leave it for a day after unpacking and it will recover.

Does the fall guard I bought protect my baby's head in all directions？

Our head protector can only protect the back of the baby's head and the back of the body. If the baby falls side or forward, it is recommended to buy our upgraded 270° head protector or buy an anti-fall helmet.

What are the baby head protection dimensions and weight?

L*W*H=11.8*7.9*1.6inch(30cm*20cm*4cm), weight=0.48lb(0.22kg).Our length and width are similar to a sheet of A4 printing paper. Lightweight and comfy, your little one won't even notice it's there. No extra burden, all-day comfort.

Is the head protector backpack machine washable?

Ok.Machine wash or hand Wash. This makes it easy to keep clean and hygienic for your little one, especially since babies tend to get messy during their learning-to-walk adventures.

Is this baby head protector safe? Is there any choking or strangulation risk with the straps?

Great question！CPSIA & CPC certified, meets ASTM F963-23. No risk when used correctly. Always supervise your baby, position the chest strap under armpits or across chest – never near the neck.
