A very well written read on FCPA and risks/experiences of not taking FCPA serious. Very insightful and a must read for those involved in International commerce.

Great reference book!

Easy to understand, and very good reference material. Good analysis of some major recent FCPA cases and learnings from those. The blog postings on the writer's FCPA Blog site are also insightful.
