Nature's Bounty Iron 65 Mg. Ferrous Sulfate, 100-Count

I’ve been taking Nature’s Bounty Iron 65 mg (325 mg Ferrous Sulfate) for a little over a month, and I’ve been very pleased with it. I had lab work done just before I started taking it and then repeated my labs about a month later. Based on my results, my iron levels improved during that time, and I’ve also noticed my energy has gotten better. One thing I really appreciate is that these tablets can be taken with food, which makes them much easier for me to tolerate. I do avoid taking them with coffee since it can interfere with iron absorption. I’ve tried several other iron supplements over the years, including gummies and other tablets. The gummies were close to $30, didn’t taste very good, and while they helped somewhat, I personally had better results with these. Best of all, I haven’t experienced any side effects. The value is outstanding. At around $5 for 100 tablets, it’s hard to beat. Based on my experience, this has been the best iron supplement I’ve tried, and I plan to continue taking it.

Well I’m not falling over from being anemic anymore so I’d say it works. Definitely take with food and water because it tastes like a penny, but for a couple bucks it’s a quality low cost option to add to your health routine.

Good quality and easy to take. I like that Nature’s Bounty is a brand I trust, and almost all of my vitamins are from them. I feel like my energy levels are improving. No strong aftertaste or issues taking it daily. Would buy again!

I’m happy to say my Iron has went up. I just wish they didn’t have an after taste to them while taking them.

I’ve always struggled with being anemic for years until I realized what was causing it, and it was because my iron was low. I even had to do iron infusions, but that didn’t work well with my body so I stopped doing them. I was looking for a simple supplement to take every day to get my iron levels up to normal. All the other iron supplements I seen online were expensive and I couldn’t afford to buy them. Then I came across the natures bounty iron supplement and I seen it was like $4. I bought it and have been taking it everyday for about a month, had my blood work done and my levels were within normal range. So for the price of this you can’t beat it! Just take it with a meal so it doesn’t make you sick, other wise I recommend this to anyone with low iron or low energy. It works!

I am very anemic so these are a must for me. Helps with the thinning of my hair as well. Has an iron taste so I take it with orange juice or any vitamin c juice. I need vitamin c for the iron to absorb either way so it’s good.

Not sure if they work but I take them daily.
