How to have all outlets always on? I have the timer working but the always on feature isn’t working. I switch to manual and nothing. Is mine defective

there is a switch on the side for that, some settings on the display as well. my device switched to all on when I tried it, but its been on timer mode for months, and holds time through the power outages too, so havent messed with it since initial set up.

does this item come with a longer cord at all? 6-8 ft would be lovely
