Review: Excellent Product, Outstanding Customer Service! - I ordered the Danbury Mint Air Force ring as a gift for my husband after looking at many different possibilities. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the spacing between the letters of the personalization was incorrect and the letters were crowded. I submitted a complaint asking for a replacement. I received a prompt and courteous reply acknowledging my objection, and offering the replacement at no cost, including shipping. The replacement arrived today, and, as shown in the photo, is perfect. The ring is a beautiful tribute to my husband's 30 years of service, the quality is excellent, and he will wear it with great pride. Special thanks to Barbara for her timely and courteous correspondence, and her obvious dedication to customer satisfaction! Review: Beautiful quality ring. - This was a beautiful and well made ring. I ordered it for my husband as a surprise gift and he loved it. I'm so sorry I didn't re-check his ring size first. I had to return it because I needed a sz 10 in which the company will not have any in stock until September. So disappointing but it was my mistake. I will definitely reorder. They gave me absolutely no issues with a refund. Great service. ## Features - Us air force military ring features air force branch emblem in gleaming gold - 12 genuine diamonds - symbolizing eternal vigilance, the diamonds encircle the golden air force - Military branch motto “fly fight win” are inscribed inside the band as a tribute to our american heroes - "usaf" engraved on face of ring framed by magnificent patriotic symbols in bas relief - Personlalized with your air force hero’s name free! the inside of the usaf ring can be engraved with up to 10 characters ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07HPD6WMN | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #3,326,137 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ( See Top 100 in Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry ) #9,596 in Men's Rings | | Brand Name | The Danbury Mint | | Collection Name | All | | Color | Air Force | | Customer Reviews | 4.5 out of 5 stars 406 Reviews | | Gem Type | No Gemstone | | Gem type | No Gemstone | | Item Type Name | ring | | Item type name | Ring | | Manufacturer | The Danbury Mint | | Material | Metal | | Metal Stamp | Gold-plated | | Metal Type | gold-plated-stainless-steel | | Metal type | Gold-plated-stainless-steel | | Occasion | Military Service | | Ring Form Type | Band | | Ring Size | 12 | | Ring size | 12 | | Setting Type | Band | | Stone Clarity | Slightly Included | | Stone Color | Clear | | Stone Creation Method | Natural | | Stone Shape | Round | | Style | Modern | ## Images ![The Danbury Mint Personalized U.S. Military Ring (Navy, 7) #1660-0132 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/615RcpsK22L.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Product, Outstanding Customer Service! *by D***. on February 9, 2023* I ordered the Danbury Mint Air Force ring as a gift for my husband after looking at many different possibilities.
