It meets my two main criteria: 1) it fits perfectly into the cabover space of our Class-C motorhome, and 2) I can get it on/off the water by myself. (I am a 64 year old, 5’ 4” woman.) When paddling, I find it to be stable, responsive and easy to maneuver. It goes together quickly and easily; take-apart is slightly harder, but still real do-able. The only downside I notice is there’s nothing solid to tie onto or lock up to, and handles would be nice. Maybe the more expensive models have this? But I love the boat and feel it’s an excellent deal for the $$. But I love the boat and feel it’s an excellent deal for the $$. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by C***T on March 23, 2017* Fantastic...love it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great lightweight kayak, also indestructible *by A***E on September 8, 2016* I can pop two kayaks up top on my roof rack and this in the rear of my Subaru Outback, fit three adults and my dog to head out kayaking with three kayaks, it's great. This is not a performance kayak to take on rapids or ocean fishing (did you think it would be?) but it great for relaxed paddles. I've had it for a few years. Recently, somebody took my kayak out and it wasn't tied well to their trailer and flew off twice on a single trip (yikes) and is still floating. Granted, the ratchet buckles are damaged and it no longer pops apart but replacement buckles are en route as Point 65 sells them online. As a small adult (5'5" and 125lbs) it fits me and my dog or myself and a small child (dog is 60lbs). With the middle section it has a 485lbs rating. I don't own the middle section (after my kayak went flying off a trailer twice I declared it to be indestructible and ordered a middle section from Point 65 for 300 along with replacement buckles) but assume it will track better as it sometimes tracks oddly due to currents and the short length of the kayak. It maneuvers well and I can turn on a dime and 'drift' my kayak easily. It can be fairly speedy but I am not the slowest or fastest in the group. It's one drawback is lack of easy handles so I either carry it two person on molded underbody grips at prow and stern or if it's just me carry one piece at a time and pop together lake/riverside. The ability to not have a giant wind catch in the form of a kayak up on my roof rails is great- it saves my gas mileage to have it in the car.
