My camera lenses/flash weren't impacted by my cracked back glass, can they remain during replacement or do they have to be replaced, too?

No your flash is separate. But it's tricky because you'll have to remove it and replace it when you replace the cover. Your best bet is to watch some videos on YouTube about replacing the cover.

Does this have the adhesive for the back?

Yes it does around the outer edge and the camera lens , no need to buy tape
