Replacement YEF-125 Fan with Base and Lights for Gemmy Airblown Inflatables

Saved a Christmas inflatable decoration that would have been thrown away.

This is a great blower love the lights. They’re super bright. Was fairly easy to change out. The hex screws strip easily. I suggest get washers and better screws.

There was a minor challenge with the light spacing - easily fixed my measuring the LOOPS on your existing lights along the line and matching them to the new ones (as best you can). NOTE - I didn't get exactly the same light placement within the inflatable as original - but it really didn't matter as the lights were plenty bright. From the outside it looks good as new. Wish this was a little cheaper though.

We bought a 9ft inflatable Mickey pumpkin 2 years ago and the motor died last year. We ordered this and it works perfectly. I cannot wait to put him back out this Halloween.

The unit is fine and seems to be a good value for the money. Installation is not too difficult, just take your time. Most importantly - note their warning the motor is most likely NOT the problem if your inflatable just isn't filling like it used to do. Given the cost and my love for this particular inflatable, I thought I'd run the risk. My old motor blew and sounded fine, but the inflatable wasn't getting taut. Replaced the motor with this product. No difference; same issue. Since I knew the risk going in and the device worked, I'm not retuning it - but learn from my mistake. Sometimes it's just the inflatable's time, and there's nothing you can do about it.

this fan is exactly what i needed to save my giant santa blowup. my old fan let you unplug the lights and then plug them back in. This new model the lights are hardwired to the fan so it was sort of a pain to exchange the lights. I had to open up the hole where the lights go into the blowup santa, take the covers off the lights, put the lights through into the santa, put the covers back on the lights and then close the hole that the lights go through. The first light on the line is very close to the fan, it would be better if there was a bit more slack in the cord before the first light which barely fit inside the santa and is wasted in his feet. After that it works perfectly!

When my inflatable got water in this stand part I thought I'd have to buy a whole new inflatable wasn't aware they sold just these stands until I looked online. Easy to install into new one and works great.
