I received my order today, and spent a few minutes reading the usage instructions on the container. It frightened the life out of me. Gloves, eye protection and many warnings about skin contact. Even suggested removing contact lenses. I have used Patio Magic for years and decided to give this product a try as it seemed good value. The info on the buying page gave the impression that it was similar to the Patio Magic, but it's not, and I am seriously worried about using what seems to be an industrial strength cleaner, which has to be pressure washed off 20 minutes after application. I daren't use it on my new block paved drive ...It may turn out to be the manufacturer covering their backside, but these usage warnings should definitely be made clear BEFORE purchase - unless I missed it somewhere?

Does what it says it does.

No issues.

This product will remove litchen and black mold from patios etc. But the older the problem they become harder to remove. Perseverance and jet washing will eventually reduce the problem.
