A must read for any HVAC business owner. Michael Gerber & Ken Goodrich provide did a terrific write. I’m going to back to read the E-Myth revisited.

Mr. Gerber found the perfect person to work on this fabulous book. Two icons working together!

Excellent book! There lot's of moments in this book that I find that I'm thinking - that's me and not in a good way. It's broken down in a way that just makes sense.

Unoriginal ideas, very repetitive, poorly edited. One of the chapters opened up about “your real estate office”. If you are an HVAC contractor and looking to this book for guidance in running your business you are already in more trouble than this book can help. I would not suggest this to anyone. Waste of time. I read the whole thing thinking I might get to the part that has everyone so fired up about this book, but never found it. Absolute JUNK read!!!!

I'm finding this book very insightful, and full of good, useful information, and not dry.
