RESTCLOUD Large Insect and Butterfly Net with 14" Ring, 32" Net Depth, Handle Extends to 36 Inches with Replacement Net

I have bought three different butterfly nets and this is the best one, because the 32” net is ideal for catching carpenter bees. One net I bought was short and green, and too short and stiff to keep an insect inside the net. The other net I tried was super long and would sometimes drag on the ground. Getting a replacement net with the order is a great bonus! These types of nets, with heavy use, around plants with stickers, last about a year. Not sure they could be made an sturdier and still be light and flexible enough to be effective.

I purchased this net for my 5 year old grandson. Wondered if he could handle the length and he does so beautifully. I purchased it as the ones for children are so small in diameter that it is nearly impossible to catch a butterfly. With this one the butterflies are unharmed. He catches , observes and releases. He's happy so I am happy too. the net arrived promptly.

My boyfriend enjoys catching and displaying winged insects, so I bought this as one of his birthday gifts. Out of all the other things I bought him, this has been his favorite, even though he has said that he wishes the net was a bit wider. It is easy to assemble and sturdy, but the initial packaging is just bubble wrap with packaging tape wrapped around, so you will definitely need to have your own box to package in if giving as a gift.

The net and handle are really good quality. Definately a great gift ifea for an adult or older child. The netting is lightweight and seems delicate so probably not a good gift for younger children. The handle is lightweight and sturdy. Great customer service as well. Amazon did not ship the replacement net I ordered, so I emailed the seller and I got a response quickly and they shipped the replacement net right away.

From all appearances this looks to be a nice net but I had my suspicions about its durability. Sure enough the first time I used this net, the "net" portion broke free of the handle right where it screws on to the net. The plastic housing was either defective of is simply not strong enough, tapping this net on any hard surface would likely break it. I will attempt to repair it but I cannot wholeheartedly recommend it because of this experience.

I'm a retired entomologist who spent her career collecting insects. My 40 yr old aerial net finally tore and I groaned remembering how few places sold replacement nets and how expensive they were. Then I popped on Amazon and found this wonderful light weight net with an extensible handle for $12. It's great--wish I'd had it for the last 40 years.

This product not only works on catching butterflies but also on teenage household bunnies. Extremely satisfied with my purchase as we have had two of our rabbits wandering around our yard for the last few days. With a little patience and commitment, I was able to catch our rabbits without causing any harm. This net is truly animal and human friendly.Thank you!

Nice but not great.. the net is wide seems well made but the pole is complicated with twisting and pulling loosening and tightening. Would not buy again as I thought the pole extended with a pull. My 13 hates it and uses the broken one. Very light but see it breaking very easily.
