Works just as wanted
Works wonderfully. I love the fact the plug is high up because if it was low like the others, it wouldn’t fit in my cup holders. Keeps the temp perfect, love how you can pick the exact temp. Heats up slowly so the liquid is evenly heated and consistent.

“Doesn’t work” was wrong title
Doesn’t work-was the wrong response. I found the reason it didn’t work is because the power supply I used was 12v at 5amps. Should have been at least 6 amps. I found out when I tried it in my car, and it works fine there

Did not work. Instructions written by somebody with English as a second language. Did not heat my coffee so when I reached in to see if it was working AT ALL, I accidentally burned the first six layers of skin off my finger tip!! Don’t recommend ...

bad to clean
The shape is horrible for cleaning. The bottom is always left with residue because it is impossible to get there to scrub. With little use time, it o longer works perfectly. I have to disconnect and reconnect the plug several times until it works without error. I work driving for many hours and I need a product that works perfectly and keeps my coffee warm. Disappointing.
